It's been a while since I have been here, and it used to be one of my favorites as far as chains go, and it actually still is ? The food is still good, restaurant as a whole is still solid. I got the grilled salmon, and it was great, not fishy but buttery. The broccoli was cooked nicely and well seasoned, not bland like most places. I had a Cotton Candy Cosmo, which was just cute. First sip tasted weird but I think that's just the high sugar content mixing with the salmon and it tasted a bit like rubbing alcohol on the tongue for a second but it was good, be sure to stir it up every so often lol. My daughter had the shrimp and chicken, which I assume was good cos she ate it all pretty dang fast ? Our server was sweet and checked on us often; everyone was pretty nice. We ended up having the brownie for dessert, and that was a well spend indulgence. The brownie was warm, rich, and fudgy and was perfect with ice cream. It is super rich, so I'd recommend sharing it, but that's just me.So kudos to the awesome kitchen staff, bartenders, servers, and all the staff. Even during this pandemic, they are showing up and killing it. Overall, as far as chains go, it is still one of my faves and will continue to visit.
Service was OK. Food: to start with, portions in this place seemed small compared to other TGIF locations. My wife had salmon previously that was about 1.5 times as big. When we brought it up the manager said it was sold by weight, but agreed to provide another portion without charge. Our sons had burger sliders. Two of them were like pock-marked hockey pucks. Again, the manager had them redo one (the other one was already eaten by a hungry kid), but took quite a while to arrive at the table.
It is 2/16/2022 at 510pm. Will never go here again. The restaurant was empty, maybe 3 other guests. Went inside with my wife and 2 kids. Had only 1 server/waitress. She finally spoke to me after waiting 10 minutes, then proceeded to tell me to hold on, left and took 3 more orders. Stood around and had time to chat with people at the bar. Waited 20 minutes until my wife asked to be seated to which she responded with “I’m by myself”. I understand being understaffed but wow, she was soooo rude and just disregarded other guests. We ended up leaving. Will never go there again. Terrible service, terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.
On a busy Friday night in Fredericksburg. This place is popping. Make sure you get Kirsten as your waitress. Kirsten slays the waiting game. Ask for Kirsten, she will take care of you and your party. Kirsten has your covered. Tell the host or hostess, Brad and the Stallions sent you. Plus the Stallions endorse the mozzarella sticks. You should get them !??????
Place is a rip off. Ordered 6oz steak and this is what they gave me defiantly save your money
Had a good time, food was good, service was good, would dine there again.
Came in here 30 minutes after opening on a Sunday. Saw a worker eating at the bar when I came in. I ordered the Cajun pasta and it was not good. My wife got the soup and salad. Everything was overpriced. Will not be coming back here
Was not a happy customer. I asked the waitress to get the manager. Didn't happen. Wrote a review with phone number. No call. Not surprised. Ribs get me to come here to eat.
The service was prettttty slow considering I was 1/4 tables. And the food was DEFINITELY not worth the price. would’ve gotten better at a fast food restaurant.
Second time coming here, and the first time we left because no one served us… sat at the table for 25 minutes did not even get a water. This time we were greeted seated and waited on. Front of the house staff was pleasant. Our waitress was very pleasant. The food was absolute trash. My recommendation is for the front of the house staff to find better restaurants to be affiliated with. 100% this one star is because the food was disgusting. Burgers under cooked. And the food is EXTREMELY over priced. I will never return to this place Ever.
