We love this place! The chicken falls off the bone and the sides are wonderful. A half chicken meal easily allows for leftovers for lunch the following day.
We absolutely LOVE the Super Rico in Stafford, so it was time we tried their original location, this one in Fburg. Service is much better here, no communication gap and they seem to care more about the service they provide. The dining room is a decent size. The food is fresh and the chicken is spiced perfectly! Prices are very fair, especially when you consider the amount of food they give. We loved this particular Super Rico more than the one in Stafford. If you’ve not been to either, come here first! It’s an excellent Peruvian Pollo a la Brassa joint with outstanding side dishes! We’ll definitely be back!!
While traveling to the Washington, DC area we happened to get off the highway for dinner and were delighted we selected Super Rico Peruvian Charcoal Chicken. The chicken they serve is absolutely delicious. The marinade and seasoning, then cooked over actual charcoal fueled roasting ovens produced a juicy and tasty chicken like none I’ve ever tasted before. And on top of that, the side dishes were also well prepared and well portioned. I highly recommend this restaurant over any other chicken eateries.
We love Super Rico! I come here all the time and I love the staff. Everyone is always nice and attentive. The food is always delicious no matter what I get. We had them cater our wedding about a month ago and they could not have done a better job. Everything was reasonably priced, and the manager Herbert helped us throughout the whole process. He was very nice and always responded when you needed him. They arrived on time and all the food we got was delicious. We got the white chicken and pretty much every side on the menu, everything was superb and the guests were happy! Thank you so much!

Very healthy food. Love Peruvian food because they are so much veggies to proteins! Well balanced and refreshing. Just a bit hard to eat when you are driving though. It would be nice if you mention”soft” or “hard” in taco menu as my family expected them to be “hard”. Good volume and flavorful with lots of herbs. Ordered on their website and it was an easy pickup!

Came here for dinner recently for takeout and ordered the family meal with yuca, pickled onions, plantains, and coleslaw. Their chicken is among the most flavorful and moist I’ve tried at a Peruvian chicken spot; The flavor and seasoning seemed to penetrate even down to the bone-Their sides were very good as well. It is hard to find a place that is highly reviewed and the every day experience to match but this spot seems like they consistently do. Also, the cashier that helped us as was friendly and pleasant. Live in Alexandria but will try to come by to this place whenever I am craving Peruvian chicken and in the area. Among the best, Super Rico is super good.
Our son and family love this Peruvian chIcken place. We were in the area so wegave it a try. We had the quarter white meat meal with plantains and pasta. Very good with good size portions. We couldn't finish all the food. From the outside it looked like a waitress type service restaurant, but it was order at the counter with ample seating.
Peruvian Chicken offers fantastic food and generous portions.Heartily recommend.
