I only gave 3 stars because of Andy. Andy goes above and beyond. His customer service skills are awesome. I was going here regularly for lunch. I stopped recently because one Tuesday morning, I went in and asked the women behind the counter about Andy. Just trying to make conversation. She was extremely rude and it wasn't just that day. It's daily she's rude. She needs training in customer service or find a new job if she hates it that much.
Will not honor coupons, plenty more within 1 mile radius that does!
So rude!!! Every time I order from this subway and get it delivered I receive the wrong order, I decided to call this time, and the person I talked to was extremely rude. I just asked for a refund since I didn’t receive what I desired, he said he couldn’t do it over the phone it has to be in person, I informed I’m at work and can’t leave and told me to come tomorrow for the item I wanted. No help what so ever.

Little Chinese dude you got working there has poor customer service said you were out of chicken and I asked him to give me back my money for avocado an he said he will give me back my whole money for my order like he wanted nothing to do with me poor customer service
The employees here didn't seem to care about how well they do their jobs at all. Both mine and my girlfriend's sandwiches were thrown together. Mine was supposed to be toasted and the lady serving us got tired of waiting and took it out of the toaster after 5 seconds. They cared so little they didn't even want to wrap the sandwich right. Here is a photo of how my sandwich was after unwrapping it. I didn't open it, they is how they rolled it up.
Customer service was good but the store doesn’t have most of its vegetables it’s looks almost as if they were closing but didn’t close for two hours.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The attitudes from the employees there are horrible. And any complaints you try to inform them about fall on Deaf ears.
