The sub maker was polite and made a good sub.
Reece was the most amazing subway worker. He helped me with everything, he doesn’t scam you unlike everybody else who works there. He was polite and finished my order very efficiently. Would recommend every time!
Terrible service and rude male employee didn’t get his name. Order on mobile app for four subs. They messed them all up. Whether it was missing ingredients or wrong ingredients on the sub. My steak and cheeses were all cold barely toasted. VERY SKIMPY With MEAT and CHEESE.
Was only here for about 5 minutes going through the subway line and the 2 workers were very respectful asking how my day was simple stuff and sometimes that’s all it takes! They also hooked me up on my sandwich! I felt obligated to leave a tip so I did! I can’t get simple nice service like I got today at half of the actual sit down restaurants in Fredericksburg so give this subway a try.
Not sure if the middle eastern/east asian lady is the manager but she was talking really ugly to the young lady working with her. The young lady made a mistake and she was telling her that “her mistakes are costing the store money” and that she “wouldn’t even feed her dog this sandwich”. That is no way to talk to an employee especially an employee who doesn’t retaliate back.
Subway…There was a young man at subway today between 3-4 dark hair. He came from in the back unsure what he was doing or what he touched with those gloves on, He asked which sub I needed and just grabbed the bread and starting cutting, I was like can you change your gloves and get new bread, he was upset making faces at me it was disrespectful.
Slow service and very limited, only ONE female working, didn't have bread. (Was told it'd be "over an hour wait, it takes a long time") settled for a salad, No croutons or forks. I understand Virginia was Ill prepared for the snow but CLOSE your store down for crying out loud. A sandwich shop with no bread is pointless. It just shows these franchises don't care, will open with over 50 percent of your menu unavailable. Also watched 10 people leave out disgruntled after the server told them no bread. Dropped the ball big time today.
Literally every time I go here it’s freaking rocket science. Save yourself the frustration and go a mile down the street to another location trust me it’s worth it. The workers never have a clue how to make a basic sandwich and the owner doesn’t seem very pleasant. Very slow service and order will not be right
Horrible. Ordered the wrong sub. Made us pay for a new one and didn’t give me the wrong one that we paid for. No meat on the subs. All bread. But not giving me the total subs I paid for is unacceptable
Placed a order online @650pm, online said order would be ready at 710pm, we pulled up at 7pm and the doors were locked, sign on door said they close at 9pm.. My son knocked on the door, a guy came and said they were closed my son told him we just ordered online, the kid let my son in and they told him they didnt have any orders.... but! They made the subs the way they were ordered... They also said they were closing early bc of the super bowl, ok thats fine but change your hours on the door and make sure your website reflects that also! This was poor customer service! But Thanks for my food.
