This Subway has a new owner, I have noticed many positive changes. On Sundays, you get a free freshly baked cookie with every order. The kids loved it!!
Worst service asked for tuna didn’t put tuna went back to ask to add tuna they made a huge deal out of it called the boss didn’t even fix the sandwich or gave me another one that one lady is so rude
I found hair in my food, I brought this up to the cashier and all she offered was to make another sandwich for me. I don't need a sandwich, at least not one after knowing the food in the restaurant is contaminated.I was hoping they would look up for any hair/contaminants in the food that's being served on the counter but they didn't even have a glance at it. They called up the manager and he offered to make a new sandwich too. They had no interest in finding out how the food is contaminated.
Used to love it there. Since staff changed it’s awful. Two rude ladies that slap food on bread. Awful
Food was good and the place was clean but they did not let me wash my hands in the bathroom. I wanted to wash my hands since I was gonna use them to eat my sandwich. Does not make any sense. I asked where she uses the bathroom and her response was oh we go to wawa across the street! Yeah right !!

Duty supervisors are horrible. They claim to not know anything when it comes to refunding money or anything at all. They blame everything on online ordering and claim you have to go through the to rectify any online issues. I am so done with this Subway. Just a waste of time and space.
Don't get the BLT, might have had one slice of bacon on it, could barely taste it
Horrible service I order a footlong and it had a long hair in it. When I called the restaurant and asked for refund I was told I was lying and they that can’t get a refund me the meal. Lucky I took a few pictures to show them. I will think twice before eating at Subway.
