I ordered ahead using the app for in-store pick up, and only discovered upon arrival that the lobby was closed. So I waited following about eight cars in the drive-through line to pick up my “no waiting“ order. Starbucks needs to give the store managers away to indicate dynamically that their lobbies are closed. I noticed about a half dozen people turn away after they approach the store on foot.
Impossible to enjoy a cup of coffee inside the store, visited multiple times, music blasting too loud and the temperature is at 60 degrees. Was told temperature cannot be adjusted due to 1 person working there being hot. 60 is way too cold to keep the store running at. Customer service is not consistent either. Not going back there again.
I have been going to this location every day for the past year and I have had nothing but a fantastic experience every single morning! The team at this store goes above and beyond every single day and always goes out of their way to make me smile and laugh and I typically get a cute little design on my cup! The biggest shout outs to Bissel and Autumn at this location. These two are such a joy and I always have the greatest mornings when I see them! So kudos to this store and management team, y’all are doing a fantastic job! Oh, and my coffee is always delicious and made correctly on the first try! Love you guys so much! ❤️
Call me old but three mornings in a row I have been here and every day the music is so loud it hurts my ears. The workers here are kind and friendly. It would be nice if there were seats outside because the AC is too cold too.
This is hands down the best Starbucks in the area. Always so friendly and sweet. They sang happy birthday to my dog love you guys!
The dining room was closed for cleaning (a bit odd for the middle of the day), but the folks in the drive through did a fine job.

The best Stabicks in the area, in my opinion. They are super fast!.
Great coffee but not a good study spot. The music is too loud to have a phone call.
