Absolutely the best Starbucks in spotsy co. They know our order as soon as we pull up and the drinks are on point every time! And if a drink by chance isn't up to par they have zero issue fixing it! Everyone is friendly and perky. Seriously give your baristas a well deserved raise?
Yesterday 12-15-21 I went to the store to buy a coffee and have a nice moment with my son...I spent $ 11 ..and the manager ask me to leave the store because they were short staff and prefered to attend pickup MOBILE orders only...?☹???...I said short staff??? 6 people was working???? What about? Sharing time ...I use to go to Starbucks to share time with my son...I felt really mad..with this.Are
First pic is a grande and it was half full and the 2nd pic is a venti also half full…the quality has gone down since the change in employees. Disappointed in the price you pay to only get shorted… hopefully this can be fixed or have barista to actually fix drinks according to the correct size of order.

The experience was good. Line wasnt long and got my order in normal time . I couldn't wait to get my hands on the pepper mint mocha that came back. With that being said, as soon as i took sip i thought i hadn't gotten a gas station coffee with pepper sprinkles . I as i thoughy it was in my head i try it again n taste worst the 2nd time. Just basice water down coffee mocha . Very disappointed and then have time to turn around and ask for them to fix for i was running errands. This is normally good startbucks and very disappointed. For the times ive gone their with a rush my coffee comes out great .hope ya can fix the problem so another customer doesnt have the experience. Oh zero wipe cream on it.
Terrible customer service. Made my drink wrong and held me up remaking it a second time. And gave me an attitude. Made a tall when I ordered a trenta then thought they were cute because they messed up. Made me late for work. Customers don't need your sass
