Go there pretty regularly and at the beginning it was nice. Today I went and payed extra for extra caramel and crunches in the drink and didn't get that in the drink so I was told to pay more for it on the side. So I did and they didn't give me the extra caramel on the side and the response when I called was "ma'am it's 50 cent I don't know what you want me to do about that" .... then just give me what I payed for lol they told me I'd have to come back today to get it and that's fine but why the attitude over 50 cent? I wasn't rude at all.... what happened starbucks? Why we gotta act like that? And to the woman who had an attitude/tantrum about asking for it on the side (not the one who had lizard on her tag, she was a delight) I hope you are doing ok... you seem stressed

i asked for an iced caramel macchiato with an obscene amount of caramel drizzle and that is exactly what i got. can not complain, thank you guys lmao! 10/10
Worst service because they get busy they crack under pressure and talk to the customer any type of way! Screw them and trust they are the worst Starbucks around!
I need to start off by saying my caramel macchiato was AMAZING. I could absolutely not put it down while at work today. Usually they all taste like strong coffee, which personally I do not prefer, but this one hit the spot. I can’t even put into words how it really made my terrible day make a whole 180. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making it. I definitely recommend this Starbucks to whoever needs a good pick me up when their life is potentially falling apart.
easily the slowest starbucks i've ever been to and the location is horrendous. if the cosner's corner location is open, go to that location instead. their speed of service is unmatched. they can fulfill a mobile order in five to ten minutes. anytime i try to mobile order ahead at this particular location, estimated time is ALWAYS 15-20. hire some more people or retrain them to be more efficient. it's ridiculous that the line wraps around the building, causing chaos for customers who are trying to park or leave the establishment.
This location seems to be hit or miss when it comes to both quality of the beverages and customer service.As others have noted, the parking lot is very small and pretty tight.1/13/21 visit - I was the only customer inside and waited quite a while for a latte and the cashier was rude.
