Went in at 1:45 for a Impossible Sandwich and although they close at 8, they stated they couldn’t make the sandwich because they said they just shut the ovens off for the day! She also stated that they turn off the oven an HOUR before they close. Just a bunch of young girls that don’t want to do their job! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

They don't have the best staff but they still make a good frappuccino to bad I order a latte I would have had her remake it but I didn't have time

Came by here last night to order a drink. Showed up at 7:54 and was turned away. Will definitely not come back here again.

Excellent service

Great service. I came into Starbucks after dropping off my worker. I just finished a 16 hour work day and was exhaused. The fact that the youngest working asked me how my day was and actually cared to hear my response and carry a conversation changed my day. Please recognize her for the service she provides. I just wish I had caught her name.

Stop in here every once in a while for Starbucks coffee novelties when I’m shopping in this Giant and service is consistently better than the typical stand-alone Starbucks locations. Coffees are decent. Everything else is the same. Worth stopping in when shopping at this Giant.

Perfect as always

The guy taking orders at the register was great. Thumbs up to him but downhill from there. No one could understand the guy calling names when orders were ready. Customers were looking at each other asking “what did he say?” A customer actually read the name on my first beverage and repeated loudly. That's the only reason I knew it was ready. The lady sat out the next 2 drinks with no name called at all. My wife asked her if they were hot chocolate and she said,” just read the labels it's written on there”. The hot chocolates tasted like hot water. Very little chocolate flavor at all. Pumpkin spice was good. I wish I had drank the free hotel coffee. I already feel stupid for paying this much for coffee so add in the hateful woman and the horrible hot chocolate and this was a $15 experience that I would have rather dine without. Maybe being from the south where people are polite and care, I'm just expecting too much. Don't go here.

Their coffee use to taste burnt and the cider drink was not good, but now I have had great drinks consistently. I'm a gold member and go there regularly now. It's awesome that they are open 24/7. I recommend this location.
