I tried to order a kid’s lemonade, (which I’ve ordered several times both in store and on the app) and the manager on duty basically said it doesn’t exist. I tried to explain to her that IT DOES exist and I’ve ordered it before, even showed it to her on the app. Her response was “I’m the manager” …. Mmm okay? So that means you know everything? Clearly, maybe you’re not aware that it’s a thing… I’ve heard it before from other locations that they don’t know it’s a thing. However, I was still able to order it without a problem once they figured it out… I tried to explain it to her but her ego wouldn’t let her even TRY to listen… that’s very off putting, arrogant and annoying. Maybe stop being so arrogant and you’ll learn something new … instead of just telling me you’re a manager like that means something..
I've been here 3 times in the last week and ordered the same drink. I've gotten 3 different drinks: one correctly, one they did not add the sweet cream, and one they put ice in my nitro cold brew. Really like this Starbucks but this morning the lady that was checking out greeted me bothered with a “what’s up “ . Don’t think that’s the way you greet your costumers here..
If you expect good customer service and professionalism do not use this store. I have never so unappreciated as a customer before in my 50 plus years. Not only for the staff but from the shift manager who allowed her employees to continue to disrespect me in front of my daughter. I will never spend one dime in that store. It must be really good business if you can afford to threat people like this.
Lobby is constantly closed causing severe drive thru backup. I was going to come do some work while I waited on my car at the shop next door but couldn’t. I’ve never seen a Starbucks do this.
I have been going to this Starbucks location for a long time.but here recently they have bern open to drive thru only. I work for the pist office and I cant use the drive thru as my window isn't open on that side. But I also can't wait the 15 MI uses I waited this morning for my coffee and Danish. Please can something be done to make it easier for me and others in my shoes to access Starbucks?

This Starbucks is always extremely slow. But also closes randomly all the time! Online it says they are open but when you get there they are closed. Pretty frustrating and weird! Won’t go here. I always go to the Starbucks in Central Park (not by the mall) great service and always so fast!
Teresa is the best employee there! Insanely helpful, and very very kind. I have worked at Starbucks before and it was one of the worst jobs I’ve worked, so I know how difficult it can be, but Teresa still managed to make me feel incredibly welcome :) I drive an extra thirty just to see her
They have really kind staff here. I always feel bad for the baristas just because they always look so overworked, which makes sense considering they never slow down. I have an anxiety disorder, but Taylor Jean made it very easy to not worry:) they were very welcoming and will definitely be returning because of them!
