Why did this establishment close at 6 today! Such an inconvenience and the only indication that they were closed was a small note on the front door.
The best Starbucks I’ve been to. They listen carefully to what you want, then go above and beyond. They also compliment you and make your day. That’s some Chick-fil-A my pleasure service. 10/10
Louie got his pup cup, it was his 1st birthday. And we got our usual ice coffees.
Horrible customer service. Looks like new people possibly and this Starbucks just went backwards. I’m sure they still see the money coming and care about that but the new people are rude enough to make you not come back to Starbucks.they also made my order wrong twice in a row. I’m not one to complain. I have been a good member since 2010. One of the worst Starbucks I have come across.
Service is good but let's face facts ... don't do Starbucks if there is a real espresso shop within a couple of miles. One shot with 16 once of milk ... What a joke. Ask for a short with an extra shot and maybe you get a real cappuccino
The Manager on shift at 3pm Dejan was extremely rude. I usually get my coffee from this location. Not sure if she had bad day but I was really put off by her attitude.
I get my latte there everyday. They seem to know my order even when at drive through. #alwayswithastraw
Literally the BEST location ever. I went yesterday, and you just couldn’t beat the customer service there. I wish I had gotten the girls name that helped me, I would call corporate to compliment her. The line moved fast, and this girl was SO friendly and personable, the service at this location is unmatched anywhere else.Also, our order was so fresh and everything tasted amazing. I probably go more than I should, but after yesterday’s visit, I’ll surely keep going ☺️ Thank you for warm food, delicious coffee, and the BEST employees ever, they’re top notch!
You have to love a Starbucks drive-thru. The code is uniformly Starbucks, not the best/not the worst, just average. But, average within the tolerance of a Swiss timepiece. I can personally appreciate such strict averageness. Keep not surprising me guys! Great work!
Stopped this morning at 7:15 am, the sign on the door said it opened at 5am. There were people in the building but they didn't answer the drive thru, so we drove to the window. They saw us sitting there but wouldn't acknowledge our presence, continued talking. At 7:26 the gentleman opened the window and apologized for ignoring us, his boss hadn't told him he was allowed to take our order yet.If you can't open on time at least have the common decency to look at the people and gesture "we aren't open" or something.. it was the rudest customer service I've ever encountered at a Starbucks! The coffee was good!
