We usually try not to come to this location because they cannot seem to make the drinks correctly. We thought we would give it another chance…. Again they messed up a simple drink. Venti shaken espresso with less foam and the guy understood as no foam. I’m not paying money to drink foam. Not only was the drink made incorrectly there was no classic syrup. The lady at the drive thru asked if we wanted remade, 30 seconds later came back looking exactly the same and there was so syrup in it. Never again will we come here again. It’s unfortunate that it hard to get a good shaken espresso.
Not all Starbucks are created equal. This is the best Starbucks in Fredericksburg only because their drinks are more flavorful, creamier, and include more delicious crunchy bits than all the others. So do yourself a favor, and hit this spot for flavor. Pro tip: Don't go to the line though if you ordered with the app because your drink will be melted before you get to it.
I've been to a few Starbucks. This one was huge! Even had a drive through. Lots of seating in the back and out side. Staff very friendly. The place was very clean.
Every time I order at this location I say no whip, then they make 75% of my drink whipped cream. IM LITERALLY ALLERGIC.
I love this starbucks because they have great quality and the employees are nice and not rude at all! This place is highly recommended by me because when me and my mom went, there was only 2 more people in there that wasn't me or my mom. Not a long wait at all!! Every special occasion I will come here. Also a great place to study. Next time I gotta study or write something when I come here I will do that over here!

This location used to be pretty good…until the last several weeks! After ordering my usual espresso the cup size didn’t change but the drink inside did! Four different times I went my drink was full price but my cup wasn’t! This last time I confronted the employee who tried to fix the problem but her coworker decided not to help and handed me back my drink very rudely! I called Starbucks HQ immediately! Explaining everything and sent pictures too..thankfully I got a refund but if you want to get a full cup of your favorite beverage go to another location!!
Very friendly staff in the drive thru that love my dogs, which means a lot to me.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. They are always friendly and consistently get my drink order right.
