You guys I never leave bad reviews but twice now I have been to Sonic to treat my kids to ice cream. Both times required a manager after waiting 25 minutes. The first time we went it never even showed our order on the screen and I kept telling the people it wasn't there. The manager finally came out. It was a young gentleman probably 17 or 18 that was like yeah sorry what do you want.....Tonight I ordered 2 shakes and mozzarella sticks and the new fried pickles. It showed on the screen that an employee was on the way with my food. I waited and waited and waited and nothing. I hit the button and they said sorry they were understaffed. I then watch a gentleman come up and walk into Sonic and start screaming. I was like kids I bet that's our order. They set it on the counter and made him leave. A guy came out and talked to him and the other customer was clearly frustrated. I waited again and a new order popped up on my screen. I hit the button and asked for a manager. We waited another 5 or 6 minutes then watched the manager grab the food off the counter the other man brought back and bring it to us.
I love their Philly cheese stake, milkshakes and slushies. I would recommend 5/5. ❤
I ordered a breakfast toaster with bacon from sonic this morning and tater tots. It was poorly prepared as I waited for for almost 10 minutes from the driver. Potato tots are old and my breakfast sandwich was unacceptable. People work hard for their money and to go to an establishment expecting expecting to get what you're paying for It's not too much to ask. I do not recommend the food year as it's Poorly prepared.
Service was fine until Pina decided to tip himself a dollar out my change. Like he was slick with it. No more business from me!!
The server was very nice. She made sure that I got everything needed. Nice to have good customer service. The food is - Sonics food. Taste the same no matter where you go.
Their food is always hot and usually is served pretty quickly. Love that their options in drinks are not limited like other places. Love my vanilla sprite there and of course their blasts!!
Your paper straws are horrible!!!! Within 5 minutes of using it in our cream slushes, they disinigrated and would not even suck. We couldn't even use them anymore. I can't imagine if we actually had more of a liquid drink. You either need to get better quality paper straws that will stay firm or get the plastic ones back.
Service was fine. Good quality was not. Fries were cold. Other food appeared have been sitting for to long.
I want to like Sonic, but everytime I go there is something off putting. Service A+ Rob at the window super friendly! Had to wait a few minutes for my food which I don't care it was hot and fresh. Got a number 10 with onion rings, part of my chicken sandwich was so dry/ overcooked I couldn't even bit through it. Legit like tug of war trying to bite througha sandwich where you bite and you pull ? The onion rings for the most part were good but they had a hint of that old rancid oil taste. Please don't abuse the chicken sandwich anymore! I want to like you Sonic!
My French fries was cold and sandwich was good.
