Terrible service. Went for milkshakes with my family and we ordered 6 shakes and a large fry and waited over 45 minutes for them while other orders were filled and people ate and left. We asked multiple times where they were and we kept being told they're coming. Come to find out, they rang up our order through the wrong stall and rather than checking or trying to figure it out they let us sit here and kept telling us it would be ready. THEN, they didn't even give us the right order. I've never had such a terrible experience at this sonic and I won't be coming back any time soon.

There are not a lot of Sonics in my area, so whenever I'm on Route 17 I visit that Sonic. I'm never disappointed when I go there. The food is always good. I love the hotdogs, and the Chilli & Cheese Tater Tots. The best part is the Sonic Blast. They are all good, but my favorite is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The service has always been fast. The car hoops are friendly, willing to help you. The only bad part is that if you park to eat your food there isn't much of a view other than Route 17.

Food is inconsistent. Order takers need training as they all don't isten well. If I order three burgers and see four on the order summary, why don't you see the same number of burgers? So, I order three, they charge me for and send me four. I check the order when it arrived and it has four burgers. I ask for a refund and offer to send the extra back but the car hop waves me off. He then comes back saying that the manager needs the burger. Interestingly enough, the food at this location is hotter when you use the drive through.

It has multiple order lines so you don't have to wait as long. And the service is pretty fast and quick getting your food.

After I ordered it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. The message board said my food was on its way to me... 10 minutes later I got out of my truck and walked to the door... no one was looking at the door so I opened it slightly and asked 3 times where my food was... A guy gave it to me and apologized about the wait. It was sitting on the table behind the grill. I checked the tots. They were hot.. I took my food, drove about 50 yards away to the Lowe's parking lot. I got the burger I ordered and it was COLD. I didn't return like I should have and ate it anyway.... NASTY! I didn't go back because I had to be somewhere and didn't know if it would take another 15, 20, or even longer to get a hot burger.Most of the time everything is good at this location but not this time.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch and was not disappointed.The service was pretty quick, the food was hot and well prepared and the restrooms were clean.Couldn’t ask for much more than this for a fast food joint!If you find this review helpful, please click on the thumbs up button at the bottom!

The service was great. They took my order quickly and in no time my food was delivered by a rolling skating genius. However.......the coffee was barely warm and the hamburger was cold with hard edges like it had been sitting awhile. Plus side, the tater tots were cooked to perfection. Crisp and crunchy, soft in the middle and just golden brown.

Had a very poor experience at your drive thru today where I was unable to use my smart phone to pay with my Banks App since I left my wallet at home. Now that in itself wasn’t really the problem, they said they didn’t have the technology to do that. I understand, but when the girl working the drive thru window shuts the window in my face while I’m speaking and insults me, now that’s uncalled for. The manager came over and apologized for her behavior but the girl working the window was arguing over the managers shoulder at me and the manager had to put her hand up to get her to be quiet while she tried to handle the situation. I understand you are probably short staffed and looking to hire anyone that can help, but in the end you should look to hire people that show respect to the patron. Especially when young eyes and ears are in the car to witness. In the end we went across the street to Chik-fil-A where there were no issues and the staff was respectful and HELPFUL as always.

Always a good stop for a quick treat. We always order through the Sonic app and have quick service upon arrival.

Fast, efficient, & friendly. The value is also amazing. There’s nowhere else that you can feed your whole family for so little money.
