Lived in Fredericksburg, VA for 12 yrs & have never eaten here. I had the couscous salad w/chicken so yummy/healthy & hubby had a roast beef Reuben w/ homemade fries. Our food was delicious. Tim was our waiter & super friendly. He took time to talk to us & tell us about the place. It’s a made from scratch kitchen, lots of vegan choices & meat as well. Definitely a new favorite place for us to eat.

Went during rush lunch hour on a Sunday still got seated and served immediately.This is the perfect place for plant based and vegan diets, though non vegan (vegetarian or lean meat) healthy food is served as well! The Southwest bean/grain burger was fantastic, super flavorful. It didn't come with any sides, but it didn't need to - the serving was large and just what I needed imho.The booths were partitioned well so even during noisy lunch time it still felt private. The walkways are a little narrow for those with walking assists.The staff was super energetic and friendly, quality service! 100% recommend for anyone looking for healthy, tasty eats

Sammy T’s in Fredericksburg is above average. The service provided was outstanding. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was good and priced similarly to other eateries in the area. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and represents Fredericksburg’s down home attitude. The walls are adorned with artwork from local artists and offer an interesting landscape to survey during your visit. It works well for small groups or couples wanting to enjoy a meal and conversation. Recommended.
This was my first time in Sammy T's. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the entire experience!!! We sat at the bar area and our server was very attentive. He had the perfect timing with checking on us, not overly in our faces but also we were aware that he was there for us. He was GREAT! Another wonderful feature at Sammy T's is that they actually have Vegan options available and it's not just a salad or one/two things!!! I used to love Sammy T's and thought it was a good value for the money. Not so anymore. When you order a burger or sandwich, it doesn't even come with a single potato chip. You have to order an entire basket of fries! I had an $8 grilled cheese (that was nothing special) the was just plopped on a plate. I don't think I'm going back.
Inside and outside seating on Caroline (main) St. I love Jeffrey!!! Their hummus is awesome and sweet potato fries are the bomb. Good food and great service!
Excellent! Creative menu with something for everyone! Everything tastes like it is fresh and home made our server (sorry I don't remember his name but tall guy with red hair) was great. Nice atmosphere. I had the grilled cornbread and turkey panini and fries and it was all wonderful. Will go back next time I'm in town!
I really don't like to eat meat and this place has alot of vegetarian food. it was soooo good. I had the avacado mozzarella melt.... heavenly. my fiancee had tomato bisque soup and a tuna sandwich and they were heavenly too! the waiter was very kind and friendly. we highly recommend it.
