The order was picked up for me on 6/2/22. the tavern Burger (comes with two patties) all condiments was requested to put on the side. I didn't get any sauce and they forgot one patty. I didn't look at the food until 1:00 a.m. which they were closed. Days later I called the management to make sure I ordered the correct Burger and then said oh mine wasn't made right. The manager on duty didn't apologize he said this happened days ago you just now calling us. I informed him they were closed when I looked at the order and I was out of town. I wasn't going to call from another state to ask about a burger. Then he said I'll talk to the cooks and tell them to follow the menu when making food.
Used to love this place for a family dinner, but it went downhill. The food was good, but my entire family was turned off by the appearance of the employees. All of them looked like they just rolled out of bed. Anyone that approached our table was wearing a black shirt that was stained and disgusting. The entire restaurant could use a good scrub down. The ice cream machine was also broken...so that screamed McDonald's.
Only reason I’m docking a star is because they were out of sweet potato fries…that was the only reason we wanted to go to Red Robin! Other than that-we sat in the bar area and we had really great service. Both of our burgers were delicious! The fries could’ve been a little more crispy, but that’s just being picky.
Absolutely the worst service ever. I have been going to Red Robin for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience until tonight. It was so bad that I did not even want to bother the manager because the one manager I did see had a nasty attitude. First of all the Food I ordered was incorrect and while they did correct it my partner was mostly done with her food before I got my corrected order. Next was the beverage service it was almost nonexistent I had a root beer float which is bottomless I got through one complete glass and my partner only got one drink and we requested a to-go refill and after 15 mins of waiting had to ask a separate server about it and then after another 5 mins we were told the kitchen was really backed up and it would be soon we decided not to wait. By far the worst experience and I will never go back to Red Robin again because of this experience. I do hope someone from management reaches out via email to discuss a refund as like I said the manager I saw looked annoyed.
Excellent food and service. Sweet ladies also. Easy to pay and manage prices due to the electronic device on each table. Really liked it.

Love to bring the whole family here, atmosphere is great and they've done a great job keeping things as COVID friendly as possible without detracting from the experience too much. Servers have always treated us well, are responsive and the burgers bite back! I recommend the Scorpion Burger with 22 oz. of the Voodoo Ranger ?
So I usually love Red Robin. This one in particular has great food. But I got a pizza for the first time. It was cold and cheese was barley melted. Very disappointing and never trying their pizza again.
No complaints about Red Robin. The BLTA has always been my fave here.
