Dalton is the most amazing server. Always has a smile. Fast service. Service is top notch. 10/10 recommend sitting in his section. AMAZING!!!!

Brittany & Neil were amazing! The best servers I’ve had in years! They went above & beyond in every way, never had to ask for a refill, never went MIA.. it was my daughter’s birthday and they made her feel so special with sweet little extras, Mimi said she had the best birthday ever! Service levels have declined in the past two years at every restaurant all over the country, the level of service here made us so happy ? also, shout out to the manager/gm who was going to tables making sure everyone had a great experience! Thank you all so much

Went to the Spotsylvania Mall Red Lobster this past Friday for dinner with my wife and mother. Started off simple enough, with being greeted by the hostess, seated, and having our drink and food orders taken. It was all downhill from there. When they brought our food, my wife's order was nowhere to be seen. The server (not our original waitress) who brought the food offered to check on it. Ten minutes or more went by with no one coming to update us. Eventually someone, I presume the manager, came out and told us the kitchen had messed up the order and were cooking a new dish and it would be out shortly. She informed us it would also be removed from the bill. Ten or fifteen more minutes go by with my wife still sitting there with no meal. Meanwhile, we wanted refills on our drinks and had to flag down a wait staff member for refills, because our original waitress was, again, nowhere to be seen. My wife's order FINALLY arrived, but at that point we just wanted to pay and leave. Our original waitress drifted past the table, not even bothering to check on us, and when my mother caught her attention to ask about my wife's meal being removed from the bill, she said "I just work here" and walked away. THAT, more than anything else in this review, is why I am leaving a one-star review. The arrogance and the lack of caring about us and our experience is why I am never returning to this location. My wife went up to the hostess stand and got her own carryout box. The manager (after another LONG delay) came out and adjusted the bill for us, and we got the heck out of there. I'm sorry we changed our plans last second to go to Red Lobster. We won't make that mistake again.

Server insisted on bringing iced tea with lemon, had to correct her to stop from getting sweet tea. Clam chowder slightly above room temperature. Salad served with croutons even though server confirmed no croutons. French fries looked and tasted amazingly like quinoa rice. Took asking for them to get crab crackers. Dropped us for a party of six which made us feel extra valued.

My wife and I have been frequenting this Red Lobster for many years. I am embarassed by the condition of the facility and the manager should take more pride for the business. Start by cleaning the outside and the dining room. The food quality has been better for the price increases for a meal. I will return when I feel my dining experience will be better.

Stopped in on Sat March 19 for dinner with my wife. This is the first sit down restaurant we've visited in almost 2 years. They were busy but wait was only 10 minutes. Service was good. Waiter was attentive and friendly. We both ordered feast meals and dessert. Our only issue was the lack of mask wearing by the staff. Of course its optional at this point, but one waiter coughed aloud very near to our table and only covered her mouth when we looked up.

Had a meal the other day. Seems like the quality gotten worse from the last time I visit. I remember when you can spend a kidney and wake up the follow day mouth still watering. Please get new people that take pride in their skills. Cause you can surely taste the difference in someone that loves cooking compared to “ I get paid by the hour.” I’ll give it another try within the following weeks. If it’s better I’ll update my review

We had a reservation at 7 pm, didn’t get seated until 7:50 pm. Takes forever to get seated and forever to get your food. What everyone else is saying about this place being slow is absolutely true. If you have all night then this is the place for you, if you don’t then go somewhere else.Update: Red Lobster did try to make things right by giving me a $30 gift card. I think it’s important to be honest with reviews like this and make note when the business actually does try to make things better.
