The food was good. We went there 1 hour before closing and almost all of the tables were leaned over and the chairs were stacked. Soon they came out and started to mop the floor, so obviously the order would be to go, yes there was 2 tables for customers to sit. The counter employees seemed as though we were interrupting their prep to close. If I go back it will certainly not be within an hour of closing.2nd chance. The food is still good, however, the family went last evening around 8:30 p.m. the posted hours were until 10:00 p.m. All of the chairs in the dining room were stacked in 2 stacks, which the customers had to walk past to get to the line. There were no customers in the dining room, which is no surprise since it appeared as though they were getting ready to close. The food on the line was already "pre closed" they had all of the pans lined with plastic bags to keep the pans clean. This time we chose to eat in the dining room. The cashier came out with a mop and mopped the floor while we were sitting there eating. There was also another couple eating in the dining room. The worker mopped the floor up to and surrounding our table! We were finished eating by 9:00 p.m. which was still 1 hour prior to the posted closing time.It is no wonder this place is not that busy at night, it certainly is not a welcoming place to eat! Strike 2!
The only good thing about going to this location was the music playing in the background. Extremely poor customer service, meal portion were not reasonable at all, I asked for a chicken bowl which looks and tasted more like a lettuce bowl. It was my first time going to this location and ended up very disappointed! I am not mad about the food chain because I always have a please experience in one at Falls Church and love everything about it. Will just say this need serious improvement.
LOVE THIS PLACE, JUST GOT FINISHED EATING 3 BURRITOS FROM CHIPOTLE YESTERDAY AND I WAS EXTREMELY DEPRESSED BY HOW HORRIBLE IT WAS. I THEN REALIZED HOW GOOD QDOBA WAAS AND NOW I NEVER WANT CHIPOTLE EVER AGIN HECK CHIPOTLE IM GONNA ORDER 3 BURRITOS FROM QDOBA TONIGHT AND IM GONNABE THE HAPPIEST PERSOM IN THE WORLD

Service is always fast and food is fine but literally every time I mobile order loaded tortilla soup they forget the soup… and I end up with just a bland bowl. this has happened at least 5 or 6 times over the past few years and is still happening now that they brought the soup back. I need to start actually opening my food to check before I leave the restaurant but please fix this.
Food was good. Service ok. Music turned up too loud. Could not here wife talking.

Food was atrocious and overpriced. The meat in the steak fajitas was as tough as whang leather. The servings were meager and tasteless, Will avoid this restaurant in the future.
