Best customer service for a supermarket three years in a row. They take care of their workers better so the workers care more to satisfy the customers. They have mature knowledgeable staff.
Was trying to find soy formula for my newborn, I called Publix customer service and not only did she help me by checking availability she brought cans to the desk for me to come pick up. She was super helpful and nice. Outstanding customer service ❤️
Waitress and food was very good.The greeter ignored me and others but when 2 cute young men came in she greeted themI stepped up and got seated then before the young men. Not good pr.
The store has anything you could possibly want in a grocery store. The shelves are well stocked. The deli is outstanding. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and never clutteredGreat all around shopping experience.
This is a very nice supermarket. I have always been a fan of Publix. I wish this Publix had a bigger bakery department, or at least one that offers a bit more variety. The store was clean and the stock was okay. The employees could stand to be more friendly though.
I wish I had gotten names! There was a young lady in the deli dept. that went out of her way to get me some items that weren't set out. The checkout guy, and lady that bagged the groceries were fast and very nice. I'm a professional driver. They allowed me to park my rig in their lot... no hassles. Note to other drivers, first of all, be safe second, please don't ruin this place by tossing your bottles and other trash here and mess it up for the rest of us that know how to be civilized. Always super friendly and helpful. It's like walking into a different world when you go through the doors and encounter their employees. It's a bit pricey, but it's not a discount market. Fresh, quality products at a decent price, worth every penny. I don't live close enough to ship there all the time, but make it a point to go at least once a month. Might be transferring to a new position that puts me closer so may be going there more often.
Absolutely in awe of the people here. Yesterday I took my 3 year old grandson to pick up just a few things. I allowed him to push his own little cart but at checkout time he had a toddler meltdown because the ONLY line he'd go down was checkout #3, his age. It wasn't manned and no amount of explanation or persuasion would change his mind. Stalemate and I was losing until a Publix cashier appeared from nowhere and opened up #3 for him. I am eternally thankful and feel blessed to have such attentive and caring employees at my favorite place to grocery shop.
Publix carries Tillamook, the best dairy brand ever. Then they carry great Chicago style Italian bread, fresh made. This location sells subs that are pretty good and all your typical favorite brands. I also like the boar's head meats they sell and they have a great parking lot with mini cart returns.
