Extremely unpleasant person who prepared my sub to go messed up and once I called to explain, I was told to come back when I was already out 20 min so asked for refund and was told refund couldn’t be processed over the phone and I had to walk in. I drove back 20 min to find this sign. Also, store prepared online orders and left inside locked store. I saw another frustrated customer who was there to pickup online order which was there but the door was locked. Very bad customer service and food quality was okay.
My experience today wasn’t the best. I didn’t get everyone’s names but I made my purchase at 1:19pm on 05/11/2022, so whoever was working that shift. Everyone was rude except for Jackie. She was so kind and had great energy. The two girls who made my sandwich were VERY RUDE. They didn’t even look up to say hello or how are you. when they finally spoke, they talked to us as if we upset them. full blown attitudes. The girl on the end with the bread, my friend asked her what else comes with the Grilled chicken & Cheddar sandwich, as it was her first time ordering food from potbelly. The employee looked in annoyance, grabbed a piece of grilled chicken and a small piece of cheddar cheese and showed it to us. The professional response would have been “Just the grilled chicken & cheddar. However, you can customize it more to your liking further down.” The girl who puts toppings on the sandwiches, literally said “HERE” when abruptly giving it to me. No smiles, no have a good day, no you’re welcome after we said thank you… and to top it she didn’t wrap the sandwiches well.. the sandwiches were literally coming out the wrap in the bag. Whether you are having a bad day or not, treat people how you want to be treated. You are in a professional setting, so be professional! Do better.
Went in should have walked out.. The trash out front was over flowing, 1 customer in store. 4 people working .. After ordering, and moving to the condiment section was entertained with the in appropriate conversation between employs Ordered the skinny .. Asked for pickles and they were so thin I barley knew the 3 slices were on the sandwich.. Was disappointed all the way
First and last time coming here. The staff are rude and tried to rush me after ignoring me to only take an order from my father. When we explained that we were together she stared at me blankly without asking what I wanted. They wrapped my sandwich and cut it down the middle with a knife causing the sandwich to fall apart when I opened it.
Placed an order online today for curbside pickup at 3pm. I turned on my hazards when I arrived let them know that I was parked using the app. waited 10 minutes and no one came out so I went into the store. Behind the counter were two guys standing around and talking to each other. I asked if they had my order (a bag was sitting right in front of him) he looked around and then noticed the in front of him and handed it to me. I uploaded the receipt and my order to show that it was curbside pickup that I requested and I had requested ranch dressing. As you can see from my pics that they included balsamic vinegar with the salad. Usually I can look past errors but this was not a good experience at all. I had also included a tip when I placed the order online- my mistake to include a tip before receiving service. I will not go to this store again.I had to give 1 star to post this review but if I would’ve given them no stars if that was possible.
I have found my new love!!! Subway whoooo? I haven’t had a roast beef sub in so long since subway discontinued it and I couldn’t find another sub shop that can do a warm roast beef sub and I finally found it!!! My life is now complete because of you I LOVE YOU! Definitely satisfied my craving AND SUPER QUICK CURBSIDE SERVICE!!
One of my favorite sub spots.My go to is the Mediterranean sub. So far everything I've tried on the menu has been delicious.
Extremely good sandwiches. The bread is warm and toasted on the outside, and the fillings were lovely. Different style of sub than Jersey Mike's has, but equally good in my opinion and definitely worth a shot if you're hungry for a delicious sandwich.
Not bad. Today was my first time ordering from here. My roast beef sandwich wasn’t bad but it could’ve been better had I been there in person. Ordered from DoorDash and I didn’t have the option to request extra condiments. Other than that, no complaints.
Great sandwiches, SH!T website ordering system. Hangs up at CC entry every single time. It's not inconvenient - it's useless. Your interactive customer systems are just as important as your food quality.
