Popeyes has always been my favorite "take away" fast food chicken. However, big props to this location staff. I arrived to a crowd at counter and drive through on a road trip. One wonderful woman working the register and front counter. She apologized profusely for the wait due to lack of staff to all patrons throughout. My order was fresh and well prepared and included a couple of extra pieces and a cookie as an apology for the wait. I wish I had caught this ladies name... she was rocking it under pressure.
The service was quick and friendly, but I did not get the spicy chicken I wanted or the extra side of Mac and cheese for my daughter, so I let her have mine
We were getting dinner for 6 people and wanted to order the Bigger Family Feast meal so we stopped in on the way home to place the order. The person who took my order (who I think was also the manager) informed me that they're not able to ring up the Family Feast meals on their register. She said I could place the order on the mobile app, they would receive the order in the store and then be able to prepare it. Seems like a strange process, but it worked out fine and the food tasted great as always. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the store was clean.
Spicy chicken strips were good. Hot and fresh. Biscuits were like a hockey puck. The blackened chicken strips were a oily mess. Staff was friendly

Compared to some Popeyes, the food is cooked well. With that said, of the three times I've been to this location, they have forgotten multiple items each time. Completely negates the point of going through the drive-thru: saving time and/or not having to get out of my car.
Good Food, slow service, high price, bad drinks, poor seating. The employees we're not very attentive.
I hate to do this but man this Popeyes was terrible. I found a fly on my biscuit and they forgot my sauces I asked for. This is the first Popeyes I had a problem with. I'm definitely not coming back to this location.
Always a pleasure to dine here. Chicken is consistently good. Especially nice at this time of the year. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.
