This Popeyes needs to just shut down. It makes all other good Popeyes locations a joke. Don’t order a chicken sandwich anymore, it’ll just be a refried greasy stale sandwich. No one ever answers the store phone. Customer service sucks, waited 5 minutes for someone to address me at the drive through speaker and I was the one that had to say HELLO. With only 2 cars in front of me. Then I couldn’t even hear the guy and once I say my order he asked me to repeat it. The new electronic menu board they put up isn’t turned on so it’s blocking the old menu and can’t even see what to order. Yesterday my coworker went to pick up our lunch here and it took 40 mins for 3 tender meals and then she had to remind them about her drinks. On top of that, I ordered mild tenders and it was marked mild on the box but was definitely red and spicy inside. This repetitive ignorant customer service and quality is inexcusable and needs to be reprimanded by a higher source. Not my first disappointment here in the past 6 months.
Ordered the new Buffalo ranch sandwich for the first time and was highly disappointed. First of all you would think it would have RANCH on it being it's in the name of the sandwich but nope. Then it barely had any Buffalo sauce on it. Then to top it off, it was Luke warm. I hope today was juke a fluke and it doesn't happen all the time. Also, the facility just looks dirty. Should have been my first clue to just drive by.
My fiancee just came home with food from them. My box had 3 pieces & my fiancee's box had 4 pieces of chicken & we both got only 1 biscuit. Both sodas was flatter the a pancake. We are never going to get a meal from there again.#-1 customer
This is the 3rd time in 4 months i have gone to this store,and the last. Every time i have gone in the for a quick meal for the family it has been screwed up.Ordered a 4 piece dark mild,Well 4 piece dark but spicy is what i got Ordered 4 piece all white meat spicy got 4 mild.Ask for 2 apple pies guess what they were cherry cheesecake . Ordered a large mac and cheese and a large mashed ,well got the small The people who work here need to listen to there customers or reread the receipt ( what i ordered was right on the receipt )to make sure it is right ,and yes i should have checked the bag my bad. Wish they has negative stars this place would be a negative 10 .
The last 3-5 months coming to this location has been horrible to say the least!! I like using the popeyes app. The lines are so long so the codes disappear when I'm ready to place my order. They have no side items you request all the way down to the sauces. It's been going on too long. At this point I'm surprised they're still open for business.
I ordered the tackle box which shows shrimp & fries with a biscuit. I asked specifically if the shrimp was spicy and was told it wasn’t. What I received was shrimp with 3 biscuits. The shrimp was spicy! I took it back and was told by the male Hispanic young man who took the order it wasn’t. I explained I was the one eating it and I can’t eat spicy food. He just repeated it wasn’t spicy. No offer of alternative- he just kept arguing it wasn’t spicy. Ended up with no lunch; just the biscuit. Someone needs to do customer service training here.
Best chicken sandwich of them all. I've tried most of the fast food places for their fried chicken sandwich and I go back to Popeyes. Tasty, crisp, and hearty bun.
Special ordered my chicken, got home to discover that my order was completely wrong. Called establishment, was told to return with my receipt and it'd be corrected. Returned the next day and they did just that but the cashier had a bit of an attitude when I explained why I was there and what had occurred the night before. Sad to say that this location has really gone down with their customer service. I may return in the future but it'll be a while.
Chicken was delicious. Service was great. Would definitely go there again. Place was very clean and employees were very efficient!

DO NOT ORDR ONLINEUnlike modern restaurants that charge you upon checking in and only place a hold, Popeyes will charge you even if there is 98% chance of them being sold out on your item. Refunds are only possible via email interaction.2. How a chicken restaurant never had chicken is a problem, and this is not a COVID issue, I’ve attempted to eat at this restaurant over the last 8 years and more often than not I spend 20 minutes in the drive thru line (or longer) to order food and be told they are sold out/not cooked.3. Employees are unethical and lack awareness. One employee said they were sold out, second employee just said sell him those (pointing to old food). They discussed this in Spanish, I am Hispanic so good job on trying to sell me bad food. I called them out on it an they just said “OK, so we are sold out you can contact customer service)How a business in 2022 hasn’t figured out how to properly employ a mobile ordering system is impressive. You have to really try to suck at customer service with the availability of options out there. If Chic Fil A can do it then it’s a business decision and not a limitation.
