The lady taking my order in the drive thru was messing up the order a lot. She said that they weren't serving sandwiches, they didn't have mountain dew AND they didn't have any Nuggets. She had to keep asking us what I wanted when I said every thing clearly and at a normal speed. She also used the excuse that their front menu had changed so it was different than the one in the drive thru. That is very unprofessional. Never going again.
This is our second attempt getting food here. The first time we waited close to 30 minutes in line and barely moved. Left and went to a different popeye’s on our route and had much faster service. The second time we came here the line was moving at a decent rate. Then we came to a screeching halt one car away from the pick up window. We sat in the same spot for 20 minutes, not including the time it took to get to order. People who parked and went into the restaurant walked out with food while we continued to wait. This is ridiculous. Its rare for me to say higher ups need to get involved, but waiting over 30 minutes in a drive through? If I wanted to wait that long i would gave gone to a sit down restaurant.
Careful don't get scamed here. Over Charging people $$$ at this location.They are personally Owen Popeyes, gotta be since their prices are way higher then franchised Popeyes. Some young rude girl works there won't give her name when I called to ask about their prices, and doesn't even know the difference between a personally owned and a franchise Popeyes.Thier prices are way higher at that location.Trying to over charge me over $19 for 2 orders3 piece only no sidings. At other Popeyes it's $6.38 and lower. Big difference in price.Was visiting right around the corner from that Popeyes, thought I could enjoy some chicken but they don't deserve my money, their customers service doesn't exist at this place. Nah u not getting me not today, won't spend my money there. Have a nice day ?
The worst popeyes I have ever experienced hands down. The staff is rude, your order is never correct and somehow it is always someone else's fault. You'll have a much better experience just going 1 exit up to route 3.
I haven't been to this location for quite awhile. Fresh chicken and order quickly prepared and I went home to share with the family. Worth stopping by.
Never leave without checking your order. It has never failed, every order I have placed from this Popeyes never has my complete order. I’m always missing something…

Everything we ordered was correct, it was fast, and it was very freshly made. They weren't out of anything. The employees were even pleasant. What more could you ask for?
Customer service has never been this locations strong point, but with limited locations in the area I find myself still coming back. We had a little bit of back and forth on an upcharge for white meat, had no problem paying extra, but they gave me one breast and all dark meat for five pieces when I specified all white meat, & when I went inside, they did plenty of explaining instead of actually HELPING the situation, until they realize it's an easy solution , but not after throwing my food original food away in front of me, almost spitefully, and giving me another 5pc. fresh, but wasting their OWN MONEY after wasting my TIME, and PATIENCE, I didn't need the extra chicken but to see them throw it away when they should have just replaced a few pieces instead of the whole box and save their money and made me happy, which eventually I was satisfied, but never should have taken that much because I would have paid for extra if necessary but their five piece, two can dine is a scam
Wasn't bad. Chicken sandwich still can't the Big Skillet from Golden Skillet.
