walked in and we waited forever and never seen any employees untill a young man came out to fill his soda then headed to the back. He never asked if we needed help or sent out anyone to help us.
Just can’t beat a Pizza Hut Pizza. Love the Pan Crust.
After seeing the spicy lovers pizza I thought I have to try that. Granted I haven't had pizza hut since it was by the mall, ordered online with a 2pm pick up. Had some extra time so i decided to swing by and see if they could start my order a bit early, arrived at their location at 1:20. when i inquired about my order the young lady at the counter looked over the computer and then stated that i must have ordered it from another pizza hut. i think to myself, ill just cancel that order and reconstruct it here, to my surprise, the total is about 15 dollars more for ordering in person (comon now ... how silly is that) so i frantically begin looking over my order (on my cell) and called the locations phone number, strangely the phone infront of me rang, this was about 1:35. the employee at the front just looked at the phone and proceeded to continue what she was doing. i waited patiently for the employee, who was working with what seemed to be the assistant manager with a customer who was having her own issue with store. around 1:40, still waiting, i see that my name is on the digital display for my order for 2pm. when i finally got the ladies attention, and pointed to the screen, she just said "oh". So i walk across the parking lot, knowing im not going to be able to expedite my order, but seeing as its only 15 minutes away, i go and grab some beer from the gas station and put it in my trunk. at 2pm i go back into the store. i wait patiently, the front counter lady is getting the 'party room' ready for guests who are arriving. finally at 2:15 i walk up and ask about my order. a lady with a baseball cap, who seems to be the person in charge, goes to the back and then goes to the warming box and pulls my order out; i have no idea how long its been in there. I open the boxes up and one of my pizza's do not have the correct ingredients. At this point im just glad to have something for my money and exit the store. i know realize why its been 15 years or so since i had pizza hut. The pizza's were pretty good (3/5), the spicy lovers was not hot at all. the service i received (0/5). wont be back.
This pizza hut has always been my papas and i favorite one. They need to upgrade rhe other one on emancipation hwy. I live in fredericksburg city but will go out and pick it up at the pattiot hwy location bc you all are hot fresh and accurate. Very attentive employees esp especially Victor who took my order and the staff who made the pizza. Thank you so much. Please keep up the good work. ERIKA
My order was delivered almost an hour after it left the store. It was very cold and soggy once it arrived. Also, the icing for my cinnamon sticks was missing and I ordered cheese sticks but received regular bread sticks.
I never received my order! It was quoted for me to get it at 9:25 and the guy came at 10:30 ish saying he was here with the food! Between the time he was dispatched to the time he got here it took forever! When he called we told him we didn’t want it because it was more than likely cold! I’ve had problems with this restaurant before and wanted to give them another chance because my girls were hungry! But I do not recommend them nor will I be going back!!! I do feel like I should be compensated because my girls didn’t receive their food!
easy to order and delivery was quick and efficient. Love it we eat there almost every night and we eat the same order over and over again. Love that pasta and cheese sticks... YUM
The pizza box was left on the floor even after we said not to. This is very disgusting and the pizza was cold. I don't know why they would not knock on the door and wait for the customer to open and receive the order.P.H., are you feeding animals or human beings? DO NOT leave food on the floor outside!! I don't care if it's inside a box. This is morally derogative.
Cold pizza. I was 15 feet from the dog and never heard the knock at the door. Nothing like a $30 pizza to reheat.
1. Floor was slippery to the point everyone slid around. A woman even fell and busted her knee cap.2. Had to ask repeatedly for plates, silverware, drinks, etc. Finally walked up to the cash register to retrieve the items.3. Pizza was beyond greasy4. As we were paying, a staff member was observed picking this nose in the back by the drink machine.Will never be back
