Everything was gooooood. The store was very clean. The employees were outstanding ?. It was a great experience, alot better then I had before.
There was only one server in the seating area. The dining room was dirty. It has seen better days.

Dining room was closed due to short staffing. Employees were very nice and helpful. We ordered carry out instead. Food was definitely the Pizza Hur tradition of being the best.
I have given them 3 chances for delivery and all 3 were done wrong. I have received the wrong pizzas on one order. Another order they forgot about and made me wait 3 to 4 hours to only just reheat my pizza and send it off. Last the forgot something again and I did not want to even bother dealing with them. Supposedly they would comp one of my orders which also never happened. I don't care about the money just avoid this place and save yours.
Awesome place!! People are so nice and helpful. They are usually very busy but I call in my order and it is ready in 20 minutes! I highly recommend them!
Their pizza and wings are always really good and hot. The subs and fries are also good as well. They always get my order and delivery is on time. A word of advice and this has to do with the renaming of Rt.1 in Fredericksburg (22401). If you have an address off Rt. 1 in Fredericksburg (formerly Jefferson Davis) MAKE SURE you change your address to Patriot Hwy because that's what Pizza Hut has in it's google even though it's supposed to be Emancipation Hwy. If you put your address as Emancipation Hwy, it will only take you to Richmond according to the Pizza Hut corporate office. They really just need to name Rt. 1 Patriot Hwy whether it's in Stafford, Spotsylvania or Fredericksburg. A lot of businesses in Eagle Village (across from UMW) are using different highway names for their business address. We have a politician to thank for all of this.

My pizza was done wrong. I ordered a Lg. pepperoni pizza with ham sausage. Lg ham, pineapple and jalapeno peppers. Got 2 Lg. Pepperoni and one of them had jalapeno peppers on it. It was at 5:38 pm when I ordered and got it after 6:11 pm.
