We LOVE Pifer Bros BBQ!! Not only is it the best BBQ I’ve had, it’s at the top of my best foods I’ve had list! ? Today we got their Nachos, hush puppies, Mac and cheese, and egg rolls in both the Mac and cheese and pulled pork, everything is fantastic! I really appreciated that they honored my special request to have my nacho ingredients kept separately so nothing would get soggy on my drive home! Everyone there is so friendly❤️ We try and stop every time we are in town and they’re open! HIGHLY recommend! ?
Everything on their menu is so good! I’ve never tried anything I didn’t like! Their hush puppies and egg rolls are so delicious! I love the different flavors of egg rolls. Their pulled pork nachos are my favorite thing to order! The workers are so incredibly nice and easy to work with! I would recommend anyone who is around the Fredericksburg area to give them try!

Fantastic!!!! We used Pifer Bros BBQ to provide the food for a wedding rehearsal dinner on Thursday and then their food truck to feed about 80 out of town guests on Friday. The food and service was wonderful. If you want great food/service without any worries, go with Pifer Bros BBQ.
This place is worth trying. They have big portions for reasonable rates. Always neat and with awesome ambience. Would recommend to others.
Everything is delicious. An #1 fav is the BBQ nachos. I’ve treated family from FL to Texas to them and they get rave reviews. The brisket and pork BBQ are also delicious!
Flavor of their BBQ, beans, Mac & cheese and cole slaw are out of this world. Love this place.

I ordered a nacho bar for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party. It was a big hit with everyone and it was a ton of food with all the fixings and that famous pulled pork bbq!
Katie and Matt made my daughter’s wedding extraordinary! The service package they offer was nothing short of perfection! I didn’t have to worry about anything. From set up to take down- I looked around after a night of dancing and fun to find a reception hall cleaned and extra food packaged and in a fridge. It was so EASY! The China package.... just GORGEOUS! and the food was SOOOO GOOD!!!! Katie went out of her way to make my daughters dream of a chip and salsa bar a reality! She went to the Mexican restaurant got the chips, the salsa, the queso- she made that happen! Who does that..... PIFER BROTHERS BBQ does! They make your wedding YOUR wedding, they make dreams and visions come to life! if you need a wedding caterer- do yourself a favor and fall into their arms- they make wedding magic!
