I Have always got awsome pizza from here ! I wish they would make a review system for their corporate management the would get 0 stars.Some genius decided to route the ordering thru India ! Nothing against India but they are a whole other country that could careless what pizza i get LIKE AGAIN today my wifei listen word for word it took 7mins 30 sec to order my pizza you can't understand them they get snappy and I ended up with nothing even close to what she told them.! I know it's not the the pizza shop be fore they switched the ordering to india they were FLAWLESS. .Elijah very professional shows empathy just apologizes and gets you The right pizza fast .as always some genius in a suit has created a problem !
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza from here the other day along with other things had about two whole pieces around 9 pm I remember going to sleep about a hour and a half later and my stomach was very upset I chalked it up to me eating to much around 4 am I woke up with terrible diarrhea and constant vomiting I was incredibly upset so I called them for a refund and a explanation they were very rude stating multiple people had called saying the pepperoni pizza had made them sick and then they begrudgingly gave me a refund DO NOT GO HERE even without the sickness I would not recommend got my order wrong and every conversation I had with them was incredibly rude
I like papa johns but it seems the wing quality has gone down a lot. If i am paying $12.00 for wings ...i want quality wings. The small wing is the papa johns wing which next to a regular size one.
after a very long day i went and picked up some food here, everyone working there was very nice, when i got home i saw they gave me the wrong dessert (brownies instead of cinnamon pull aparts) i know most people wouldn’t care but i am super allergic to chocolate. i called and the man i spoke w on the phone was super polite and addressed my problem very quickly, offered to throw the correct dessert in the oven and have me come back or just add credit on my acct for a free dessert. gave 5 starts for customer service.

Customer service was good. This would have been a 5 star except I observed all employees are making and handling food without gloves. No bueno at all.

I just called to order my pizza and the guy over the phone was extremely rude and pretty much yelling at me the whole time , during the phone call I didn’t even feel like getting food from them anymore so I hung up. Please teach your employees the importance of customer service!
