I always like Panera for a quick bite or a working lunch. The most difficult thing for me is that the preparation is so inconsistent. I’m a creature of habit and tend to get the same item and every time slightly different than the time before. For the cost, I would like to see some consistency in the food preparation (size, amount of chicken, amount of sauce, etc.).

Food was hot and very tasty. Good price

I'm always love Panera; but not with dirty tray I got today and dirty spoons before 9 months!Sorry but it will be last visit to this location.

I won't go again until they go back to how they used to be. The 1/2 deal was a bit disappointing in the 1/2 sandwich is smaller and soup. Very disappointed with product to cost.

Just went through the drive-through and paid around 15-20 bucks for a you pick two and I come home and they forgot my soup in the bag….. and the service took forever on top of that

They messed up my order in multiple ways. And I'm pretty sure the food was spoiled because I puked my guts up less than an hour after eating it.

Drive thru experience: no napkins provided. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but no knife nor any utensils provided inside the bag.Bagel over toasted and exceptionally hard/dried out, and cut into 3 slices. So much so the extra dry and crisp very thin third slice would not break apart. I had to throw it out.She forgot to give me my hot coffee and then I had to wait extra time while she figured that out. The coffee was sitting right there waiting for the server to give it to me the whole time and subsequently was no longer hot. They did put the cream and sugar in the bag, but nothing to stir it with.Worst of all?Also she put my cc INSIDE the bag when she handed the order to me, instead of handing me the cc first with the receipt wrapped around it, but she put the naked cc and NO RECEIPT inside the bag, where the bagel was unprotected - so whatever nasty covid or ecoli germs she might have had on her hands could have easily transferred.I DEFINITELY won’t return to this Panera.

Only one star because the order was done promptly. Other than that nothing else was good. We ordered two sandwiches. The bread was stale, old bread. It tasted like it was days old. Tried to call 3x during non busy hours, no answer. We were on the road when we realized how bad the bread was. Corporate did the right thing. I would skip this store!!!
