service is the worst - cant get help, people just stand around - ordered pickup, sat in the car after checking in for 5 minutes - went inside to grab it myself and a worker at the counter was literally standing around doing nothing.. WHY do you have pickup if you don't ever bring out the orders??? happens every time and will never ever be back to Panera..
The manager was excellent but I got a case of bad lip from one of a young millenial in the back. I was afraid to send my smoothie back. People say to never turn your food items back.
I ordered a Asian chicken salad no chicken added avocado instead and I got only three pieces of avocado I paid 1.29 for three pieces of avocado.. very disappointed ?
Staff is always friendly amd prepares my food in a reasonable amount of time.
Do not do curbside pick up here. They will not bring it out. They will not respond to the app. They will not answer the phone.
Great and healthy food but pricey but that's not unusual that's how the economy is made to make you pay for alot ofr food that will keep you alive longer.
This is a terrible and horrible store without any customer service or customer respectI placed an order on 9/17 to pick up on Monday 9/20 at 11:30.I went to the store on Sunday 9/19 to confirm and was told all catering order are fixed at another Fredicksburg store but would be here at 11:30 on 9/20On Monday I get to the Panera at 10:00 with my boss and wait till 11:30 and the manager tells me it will be 11:45 so my boss to the Doctors office where this order is going and I waitI ask the Panera manager again if the mine person order is coming and he said the delivery person is a few minutes awayAt 12:15 I am still waiting and no help from the Panera manager and I ask to call the delivery person and I am told she has her phone offFinally at 12:30 the Manager fixed the small order at this Panera and I get to the Office at 1:00The office is completely upset their lunch is 12 to 1:00 and explain that this Panera completely has no management or customer respectI call corporate Panera and complainedI have been using Panera for years in another town and have had superior service this Panera will tarnish the Panera reputation
Because I travel with my dog. I love the drive-thru and curbside pick up options at this location.
