The service is insanely slow, if you're the only one in there, expect your order to be behind at least 5 mobile orders. As a plus, they'll look straight into your eyes while they take care of the mobile orders when your food is right there ready to be paid for. They make you struggle to pay for your food. So, if you go here without a mobile order, remember that you did this to yourself.
This Panda Express has gone down hill with the quality of their food the past few months.Today I ordered 2 Half Entree and 1 full side.Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken and fried rice.The rice tasted as if it had been under a heat lamp for the past hour, the walnut shrimp included a whomping 2 walnuts and all the breading on the shrimp had fallen off inside the container. I’m only leaving two stars because the orange chicken was okay.
Coconut shrimp is to die for! Other favorites include the best orange chicken in town, and the kung pao chicken is a close third.
This place isn’t good anymore. For starters the lady at the front always has an attitude, I asked for double honey walnut shrimp didn’t get it. Not to mention she started having a conversation with a lady behind me mid order. I had to repeat myself twice.. still didn’t get what I wanted. Smh
Panda Express is always busy because the food that they serve is excellent! The cook's are top notch! The customer service is fantastic!
beef and broccoli only had a few small pieces of beef and mostly broccoli. It did not taste good. Rice was undercooked.
The food is good but they need to keep all the food cooked there was 3 items I wanted but it was empty
Panda Express central park is now TRASHIt was a lone holdout. It used to be really high quality . Now you have smaller containers. The " ghost scooping " ( where they give you half a scoop and then get another scoop with one tiny morsel ( usually a piece of veg or pineapple) has gotten really bad. The male manager is abusive to women. He had a young woman on her hands and knees scraping gum off the side walk. Standing over her demoralizing this young lady. Professional restaurant manager would have a contractor who maintained their grounds. These aren't good people and now the food is lower quality and there is less of it. Grab your purse tightly as you walk by this steaming dogpile.
Had walnut honey shrimp, so good we came back 2 days later and had it again! Hope they never get rid of it!!!
Love Panda Express, You can't go wrong wit it, Always have a good experience when coming here, the teriyaki chicken is my Go to, overall great place for lunch or dinner, will recommend to family and friends, mostly definitely will be back soon..
