We’ve been coming to Pancho for years. The food and prices are good. Today we stopped for lunch and when I ordered from the lunch menu I was informed there is a $3 “surcharge” for items on the lunch menu and that I could get the same meal from the dinner menu cheaper. So confused! Why offer a lunch menu?
The service was great and very personable. They commented on how cute our daughter is.The biggest issue was the food. Everything we ordered that said beans was some cheap refried beans. I woke up in the middle of the night sick to my stomach and wanted to throw up. I can only assume it was the food there because I didn't eat anything besides that all night. The margaritas were great. But the queso dip was very runny
American restaurant should not charge you for a hot sauce and charge you for every little thing you get then when you ask for a drink The server tells you you need to ask your server the restaurant wasn't even busy it's just going downhill.
Service and food were great. Bartender was very friendly and informative. Food service was quick and delicious. I had the spicy burrito which was good. Only thing one would knock them on is it wasn’t spicy enough. But the flavor and portion size was great.
The food was cold and I order the spicy burrito Mexicano with steak it only had 3 Pieces of steak in it at least the Service was good
They always mess up one our dishes (family of 5, lots of modifications) but it appears tastes great so we continue to go back.
Good food, good service. The carne asada was amazing, and the tables idea guacamole was pretty good. The best part was that there weren't many people in the restaurant at the time, so I got our food fast.
My friend and I dined here last night. We noticed the tortilla chips didn't have any salt. They tasted like corn flakes on the way down, but they were great for scooping up salsa. I ordered the steak and chicken fajitas and he got the mango ceviche. The steak and chicken I was able to eat was delicious. My friend ate some of his ceviche, said he thinks he ate a raw shrimp, then projectile vomited all over my dinner, myself, the table, and the floor. The staff was quick to accommodate us with napkins to help clean up. They comped his meal, I paid about $25 for a sweet tea and my fajitas.I had fond memories of the Pancho Villa that used to be next to Spotsy Mall. When my mother was alive, we would go there about once a month because the food and service was great. I'm sad that this will be my final memory of Pancho Villa but at least it was with my friend.
