I haven’t had the best experience in restaurants since Covid but our server Donna made my experience the best! I ordered a sirloin dinner and she made sure it was correct to a T. I wasn’t familiar with the menu and she took the time to explain any questions I had with full attention. I came in with my husband on a busy day and have never been more happier with customer service. For the best experience I recommend you ask for Donna as your server. I will definitely be coming in again for her!
My wife and I ate here tonight and we had an excellent experience. We were seated immediately and promptly greeted by our server Jonathan Y. Our food arrived quickly but not rushed and was well prepared and appealing.Jonathan was attentive but not intrusive and saw that all our needs were met. Truly an outstanding experience.
WOW, pretty much sums up my experience here on April 12 , 2022. super service, really went above and beyond when it came to my dietary restrictions of sodium! fixed my meal so i could eat and enjoy it and brought me various sauces so i would have some flavor. wish i lived closer so i could patronize them more often!
Brooklyn was out waitress. She was the absolute best ever! Our bone in NY Strip was super, done just right. Everting was perfect, as always. Brooklyn had drink refills out before we had to ask for them. A really great experience! Also we were digging the 80’s costumes. She’s a great asset to this restaurant.
You can never go wrong with Outback. the steaks are always cooked perfectly. great drinks and great service. always clean and the staff are always welcoming. Angela is awesome and was on point with everything we asked for. we'll be back for sure.
Jackie was our waitress. We had a fairly large group of 7 people. She was awesome , friendly and helpful in that we were on a time schedule due to a dance competition. She got us done quickly and effortlessly! She should get a special shout out from the Mgrs m!
Brooklyn was out waitress. She was the absolute best ever! We had a chance to finish our yummy shrimp appetizer before the food started to come. Our prime rib was super, done just right. Sweet potato was perfect, as always. Brooklyn had drink refills out before we had to ask for them. A really great experience!
My family and I had stopped coming here for the longest time because of the bad service, we went a few days ago to see if anything has changed and IT HAS? We got the wonderful Jackie as our waitress and she was the nicest waitress I have ever had at any restaurant in the area! She made our experience a 10/10 and now when I go to Outback I will be requesting her every single time and I would recommend for anyone who’s looking for a 10/10 experience to do the same! Besides the 5 star service the food was great, it came out fast and hot!
