My 1st time going here since the reopening and the place is really cute. My friend and I sat back and thought about how small the space was before the remodel and how we crammed in there and had a good time Friday and Saturday nights. The food was still amazing and as usual my drink was definitely hittin.
First time eating at Orleans Bistro. Had Jambalaya which was very good with just the amount of heat. The peach cobbler for dessert was outstanding. Menu pictures included.

Wonderful service ;) The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing The best cornbread I have ever had. Nice stick to your ribs meals. I would highly recommend.
Great ambiance! Great live jazz! Great food! Friendly staff. We found a hidden jewel deep in Fredericksburg. We will return again!
Our waitress Bri was very friendly and attentive. We got gizzards as an appetizer and it did not disappoint! Portion was huge and came out hot. My husband ordered the jambalaya and fried catfish with collards and Mac and cheese. It was all sooooo good. So flavorful! The Mac and cheese was one of the best I've had at a restaurant! I got the crawfish etoufee and it was good as well. We had plenty to take home!
My family and I enjoyed a great meal at Orleans Bistro. We ordered catfish, fried pork chops, Shrimp n grits, Mac n cheese and green beans. Our favorite, by far, was the Shrimp n grits! This dish was sooo yummy! We also loved the Mac N cheese. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a great atmosphere.
I was meeting friends here recently to try for the first time. I got there before they did and heard music in the parking lot. As got to door, was louder and by the time opened door, the music was blasting. No one at hostess stand and then someone came over but she couldnt hear me due to the music. I had to almost scream in her ear that was meeting someone there but didnt see them yet. I went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper. I told one of the servers but they couldnt hear me. A few servers were standing around and didnt look very happy. My head was pounding with all that noise and finally coulnt take it and went outside to call my friends to say that we couldnt eat there as had a headache with all the noise and for us to go elsewhere.
I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere alike. It was busy at lunchtime but we were served in a reasonable amount of time. The staff were friendly and the flavors were amazing.
Finally got to Orleans bistro. Read so many good things about it and they weren't wrong. Everything tasted AMAZING. Had alligator bites to start followed by shrimp and grits for me and pork chops with gravy, mac n cheese, and green beans for my wife. I can't recommend that you try this place enough. Be warned, they put a 20% gratuity automatically on the bill if there is live music.
