After I picked up my order, I went to my car. When I opened the bag, there was an extra container of pasta that I did not order. I took it inside to alert the staff to the mistake, and they simply handed the pasta to another customer... I had already left their establishment with that food. I could have done anything to it. I could have spit in it, poisoned it, put rocks in it etc.. Did the staff care? No! They just gave it to another customer because they were too lazy to make another one. That is absolutely disgusting. If that is how this company normally operates, Noodles has lost my business.
Price is way out of wack with what you get. For $11 I expected a good meal not a snack. The menu listed the items at $10.95 but we were charged $11.95??? Orange chicken and padthi were sweet and not pleasant at all. The tomato bisque soup tasted like ketchup. I would never go back here and BTW observe sanitary guidelines. No gloves, handling non food items then food item, etc. yuck! Wash your hands. I bet if the health inspector walked in you would all be warned about unsanitary habits.
Gluten free shells under cooked almost to the point of being crispy. Horrible!!! This was a takeout order otherwise I would have returned it!
Fantastic Mac and cheese,very cravable! Manager and staff was so nice! Awesome place!

The current staff gets a palpable buzz off of the dinner rush. As a saute spot, off rush would usually be your best bet but this Noodles has the secret sauce in their kitchen. I watched them push a 40 item takeout order at 6:45 and no one quit or complained. I saw two of them smirking. In today's labor market, there is absolutely no reason for competent and disciplined saute chefs to be submitting themselves to that level of degrading torture for however much Noodles pays. What Gitmo Lt allows a giant takeout order to be placed in the middle of rush? A psychopath, that's who. Lucky for them, they are all psychopaths there that love the cloying adrenaline that courses as that window fills up. Those sickos! They do it very well, though, so I will be back again before the week is through. If I were a rich man, I'd move the entire location and staff to my estate. In the meantime, I will continue to monitor the evolution of the Japanese Pan Noodles while I attempt to discover what order has the most protein and least carbs. I am using Noodles and Co to fuel my workouts this spring. GTL!
I got their 3-cheese tortelloni rosa with chicken and a side of flatbread. It was delicious and very filling. Inside wasn't busy when I went, but the dining area was clean and employees were all nice.
Good portion size for the regular bowls. Doesn't take long for everything to be prepared. Over all good place to eat.
Great food, awesome service. Just wish portions were a little bigger for the price but still worth the money.
