This place is always unorganized. Employees are rude or have no idea what you ordered. The food ia cold half thw time. They never have pies or there is an extremely long wait weather there is 1 car or no car in front of you. They need new management or something to get the employees together.
The best part of this visit was the food was actually hot the store was filthy the drive-through was tremendously backed up and not even a thought
Worsw service ever! I waited 10 miss to order, then paid, then waited another 5 mins ans was asked to pull to the next window. After 2 others orders were given out, I asked for help, no on responded x3. I parked and went in requesting a manager. Response was we were short staff. Manager sitting on her duff not helping with the morning rush. Was finally given my order, no apologies not even an acknowledgement from the manager. I'd fire her for sure. Get on the line and help your staff so customers do not know you gave a staffing issue! Will NEVER be back.
The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because Google makes me. THIS IS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS ON THE PLANET, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are slow, rude and forget about you if you use curbside pickup. They are lucky to be in front of a Walmart because that is the only thing keeping them is business. HORRIBLE!!!!!
I don’t know how to even put on paper how awful this McDonald’s is. Today is supposed to be a free fries Friday on the app. Apparently it is a mobile order only for free fry’s. I get up to the window to ask her how it works to get free fries. Sondra was sooooo rude. She was like no ma’am you can’t get free fries. I said ok can I just add a large fry to my order. She says no ma’am you have to go through the line again. I’m like please just let me buy a fry. She says no because that’s cutting in front of the others. I get to the next window and ask THEM for fries. Which they were kind enough to get for me. Sondra snatched it from them and wouldn’t let me buy them. She was nothing but a hag. The other workers were horrified. It just floored me that anyone could be that rude and unkind. I only had the money to buy one large fry to split between my five kids. It was so upsetting I drove away and cried.Annette apologized to me. They all apologized. Just not Sondra SANDRA SANDRA SANDRA SANDRA SANDRA. Please fire Sandra!!!!! Plus the nuggets were flat and burnt!
Ask for an Egg Mcmuffin meal.After waiting 15 Minutes?I got an egg Sándwich instead.They have a guy making the food who moves as fast as a Turtle.Never Ever will waist another 20 Minutes of my busy time at that place.
Well there System breaks down at least every other day. I've been in this little town for 7dys whilst trying to tie up some loose legal ends and 2dys in a row the staff has closed it up due to System Being Down. Another point of interest is online it clearly states that McDonald's takes EBT Cards as a payment method. That's Not True.
This is probably the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Ordered food. Never got cups. A little elderly lady asked for her cup and was told by the manager to hold on. No ice in drink machine. Tables filthy. Asked for salt and ketchup and was told to hold on with eye roll and employees walked away. Needs new management and training. Coke is always flat.
The drive through is sooooo sloooowwwww here. Don't go through it if you're in a hurry. We've sat and waited for over 15 minutes on MULTIPLE occasions. If we weren't so hungry, it would be comical.
This McDonald's is garbage, the employees don't care and the management will fight you for trying to return food which they mess after waiting for 20 minutes. This place would be better if they just closed and put anything else here.
