These employees need serious customer service training. The chicken sandwich I was served was cold, hard and over cooked. From the color it was plain the deep fryer needed new oil. I waited 10 minutes for replacement. Finally my husband checked and ended up getting into an argument. After a total of 20 minutes the cook brought a fresh sandwich with apologies. She needs to be the manager. My daughter had ordered two apple pies which they never got nor did she get a refund or apology.
Every night I sit at this line for atleast 25 minutes while nobody takes an order at the box . Each person has to wait and be out on hold for atleast 10 minutes . They don’t have no workers but 2 people in there at night . Having a mobile order that’s supposed to be fast yet still waiting 45 minutes total , is ridiculous . Hire more people .
This place really doesn't even deserve 1 star. When I tell you this is the worst MCD's I've ever been to, I mean it. My husband says the same thing. Their ice cream machine is always 'broken' but I used to work at MCD's and I can tell you for a fact it's not broken... it's just laziness. Second thing I can mention is their poor attitude. I think maybe once I had a nice employee. Third thing is drive thru times. Oh. My. Gosh. Today I was the only car at both drive thru stations and I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. And they only answered after I said "Hello???" Ordered 1 large sprite and 1 large sweet tea and... they're out of large cups. Why am I even surprised at this point? This is not the only time I've had a poor drive thru experience either. The last time I came through just to order some drinks and I waited a long time and the girl couldn't stop laughing and joking with her coworker to even take my order. When I get to the window every time no one says a word and they just hand the food out the window. Now onto the food... hit or miss. Last order my fries were floppy and cold and my mcdouble was messy and soooo salty. All in all, they don't seem to care about their customer service or guilty of food. At all. The only time I go there now is convenience (supposedly) for drinks. My advice is to drive the extra 5 min down route 3 for a much better MCD's experience.
this mcdonald’s used to be amazing but they constantly get my order completely wrong and i don’t even want to deal with going back for them to fix it because they are incredibly slow! their icecream and coffee machine are constantly down as well.
I got a BigMac meal with a Sprite.First the fries were cold and tasted oldSecond my bigmac wasn't put together correctly. There was an entire layer completely empty. It was one bun on top of another, no patty /nothing there.Third the Sprite is so gross! It's like its BEEN tapped out and hasn't been changed.I was very polite. Very curtious. I even had to pull to the second window to wait for my order and did so with no complaints. This is ridiculous! I dont think I will order at McDonald's anymore. This was the last one with any quality around here and was only one I would go to. No more! I'm doing my part by being a respectful customer, I should at least get good quality food. I mean I cant even drink my Sprite it's so gross!
This place is horrible! Food is never right when you get it.....and kids meals never get drinks.....We ordered happymeals for my kids and we found a ring inside the box. Called and asked if any employee had lost one and there were no ladies working that day! Made us wonder who had their hands in my kids food if it wasn't from an employee. We called corporate and never got a call back.
Thank you so much Oscar for having the best attitude in the store while others might too, but I have a complaint about Melinda we politely asked her “ Do you speak Spanish?” She said in a very rude way “No sir I don’t speak Spanish I only speak English” she said it way too aggressively. Pretty awful experience tonight. Drive thru line was very long. Doors were locked at 840pm but someone let me in that was inside waiting for food. Registers were closed and manager was so flustered. She kept complaining about how people were coming in with the doors locked and at one point she just ran off. There was a really nice woman though that helped a few of us out despite them all being overwhelmed by the drive thru orders. She recommended we use the kiosk. It seemed like they were all just so swamped though and could not handle the load. Maybe they're short staffed, but either way, they shouldn't just lock the doors. If they do, at least put a note on the door and communicate to customers rather than ignore everyone waiting for 15 minutes like they did. One person waiting was a door dash driver... Even his experience was very time consuming. He probably got no tip all because of the restaurant and not the driver. I know these people though are working so hard to keep the lights on there. They just need help. And maybe even close down until they do, because it's only sacrificing quality and service. Will not return. Hope they can address the issues.
this is the worst fast food place to go. I have never had a good experience here. from finding a label in my food to then being raw beef. everytime I go through the drive through it takes forever. it's convenient but ill go the extra mile down the rd from now on. never again will.i go to this location.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I been here at least 10 times and every experience is awful. They are always backed up, then they always say pull to the next window which is a 3rd window and they completely forget about you. This happened 4 times. It is very unacceptable. I will not be coming here, I’ll drive a extra 10 min for better service
