DO NOT EAT HERE! Almost every time I’ve gone my orders have been incorrect. Last night was the last straw. I order 4 McDoubles for my boyfriend and I and they made us sick. The meat was super salty and tasted spoiled. Asked for extra salt on the fries and there was no salt on the fries at all. The customer service is horrible here. Don’t waste your time. I hope management gets fired. They need to start over and hire a whole new crew.
AMAZING service, food was ready in 1 MINUTE. They didn't have a mcflurry, but the food was amazing either way! Love it, WILL come again.
Since I "deserved a break," I chose to dine in with my mobile order and specified with the app that it be delivered to my table (table 101). The app told me to wait at my table for service and did not even tell me the order number. There were a couple of people waiting for their orders, and after a few minutes, they cleared out, and at least one staff member appeared to be idle. Yet my order did not arrive. From my seating position, shown in the photo, I could see the ordering counter but not the take out counter or the status display screen (and no need to). A few more minutes, and my small order was uncharacteristically late for a McDonald's. Another customer was at the counter getting ready to order, and my perplexed stare caught the eye of the order taker, who said to me, "Excuse me? Are you waiting for the mocha?" I was (and a sandwich). At this point, I believe I was the only customer seated at a table. The server indicated that my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me to come pick it up. I replied about the app having instructed me to wait at the table, then after fetching my own food, which was erroneously in a take out bag, although I elected to dine in, I apologized for not having understood the protocol and for doing what the app said. The server said nothing. Of course I said those things to prompt the apology that she owes me, but it was not forthcoming.I'm sure that McDonald's has designed its food delivery processes to give customers choices. I am over 60, and I had just completed some errands that were severely taxing to my 1960 vintage body with chronic sciatic pain. I came in and sat down, electing to be served rather than fetch my own food, because I needed to take a break, and I was very hungry, not having eaten properly before leaving home. I wanted to sit at the table, rest my back, and enjoy my little break, not eat in the car.The server was rude, and the service was poor that day. Next time I come here, I expect much better.
Went through the drive-through about 9 o’clock this morning I waited forever they gave me the wrong meal and then they gave me my food and my food wasn’t right either I had to go in and then the lady ex like it’s my fault and like I’m causing her problems when she’s the one that messed up. They just act like you’re the problem when they are the problem how hard is it to make a sandwich you have the easiest job in the world it’s McDonald’s. Don’t get much easier. Simple minded fools
DO NOT STOP at this McDonalds location!!! First incident, I placed 4 meal orders, ordered by the numbers that are posted on the menu (thought that would make it easier, NOT!), next they never asked what type of drink for the orders; then I drove up to the 1st window (this young man was helpful) I explained that they didn't ask about my drinks. He pulled up my order and had to redo the entire order. I pull up to the 2nd window, and the employee handed me a Happy Meal that was not in my order. When I corrected her, she became very nasty. She took the meal back and began to hand me drinks, all the while asking what was my order. When I received my order, my wife inspected the bag to ensure they had the correct order. Low and behold they forgot my meal. I addressed the issue and she sucked her teeth and closed the window. I remained at the window, when I believe to be the manager (due to the light blue shirt) asked me what was the matter. I explain the situation, (she did not know what the meals were by numbers, shame on her), she stated that I would have to go back around and reorder. I refused! I explained that due to their incompetence I should not have to, I can just order from the window. She became offended and automatically played the race card on me. As a hispanic, I was dumbfounded! What did race have to do with failing to do your job! I ended up departing without my meal. The fries were dry, as were the chicken nuggets. Oh, they also left out one cheeseburger! They have taken my $$$ for the last time! Unacceptable customer service! I gave them a 1, which should reflect a big fat 0!!! No Masks worn at this location, which is necessary for food service!
Used a buy one get one free breakfast sandwich from the app. Sandwich was good and the service was good. But the price for one of the breakfast sandwiches was like $4.59 and I just think that was way too much.
Absolutely disgusted with this mcdonald's. I like music but the filthy rap music full of foul language and drugs and female anatomy I heard coming from the kitchen is totally inappropriate for a restaurant to be playing. This occured at approx. 8:20- 8:30.am on Dec. 28th. I had to leave the store I couldn't listen to another second of that garbage.
Typical MC Ds. Okay when not busy. When busy incorrect orders is standard.
I normally only go to McDonald's for breakfast, but I'm always satisfied with the food. Food is always hot, and my order is normally correct. Wait staff is friendly, wearing masks. Prices are always reasonable and wait time in line is never too long.
Second morning in a row that I got the wrong breakfast sandwich. Pretty annoying. Employee at first window confirmed my order, I told her that was incorrect, arrived at second window and still received wrong food. Went inside, got the order corrected. Place wasn’t busy either. Can’t recommend this McDonalds location.
