You may want to get employees that work the windows that focus on the customer. I got off work around 4:45 pm on Tues, 24MAY22, and asked for a large Fanta. While wAIting to pay at the 1st window I waited about 10 minutes as a red car driver had hand shaked the man in the pay window and long conversation begins. A good point to bring up ... no vehicles at window where you pick up food. Just this red car at the pay window. I did not honk...nor did the other cars behind me. When the red car finally left, I pulled up and asked why it took so long. He said that the man was fixing the credit card machine. That he was also an employee. I would think that if he came by to fix the credt machine ...he would GO inside. I just want you to be aware. Thanks
Waited a whole 10 minutes because “we’re waiting on food” just for them to bring both burritos out to me still uncooked in the center
Around 9 am Friday 7 Jan, no sign, but doors were locked. Appears that they were only open for drive thru service. Website says they are open for in store dining. Lost my business.
On average, my orders were incorrect 40% of the time. It became so bad at one point, we started to make wagers if the order would be right.I will say over the last 6 weeks it has improved. Touche.The other concern is one the managers and how he speaks to his employees. I'm sure if an employee there saw this, they would immediately know to whom is being referenced.
Cold fries cheese is never melted on the burgers. Half the time the order is wrong. I have decided that after 40 years of going to McDonalds I will now longer be a customer. Also it cost about 9 dollars for a cold sausage egg & cheese meal. Got a sprite not even a orange juice no salt at all on the has brown. I will go to a real resteraunt for the same price dome are even cheeper. Basically McDonalds has gone straight down hill.

Ordered 2 happy meals those were correct. double cheeseburger no ketchup no mustard add Mac sauce. No Mac sauce. Fries cold. Sprite is bad. Very disappointed.
ITS NOT FAST FOOD WHEN YOU HAVE TO PULL INTO A PARKING SPOT AND WAIT 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich! This place is always the same and nothing changes!
It was the worse tasting meal I ever got at McDonald's. Couldn't eat anything or finish . Threw it all away..
Nice and clean inside and out! Restrooms super clean. Staff was very polite and the food was quick and hot. Well lit parking. Easy access off of I-95. If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up ??
