Literally the WORST McDonalds we have ever been to. We ordered our food on the app and sat at a table inside. First, they were out of quarter pounders, so we could not use the deals we had originally intended on using. We ended up using our points for our daughter’s meal instead. 30 minutes later we are still waiting for our food while watching customer after customer complain due to their order being wrong. Upset that his chicken sandwich had no lettuce (after his order had been wrong multiple times) he was told that they were out of lettuce. There was no communication from the staff to customers on what was out of stock (how do you even run out of quarter pounders and lettuce!?). Finally the man asks for a refund and we decide to do the same since our order was shown as completed and yet we were still waiting. Not only did we lose the points we used on our daughters meal, but instead of refunding us, they charged my husband’s card AGAIN. When my husband showed the employee the additional charge on his card, the employee insisted that it was a refund. Now we need to mark the payments as fraud and try to get our points back from mcdonalds. We left $40 bucks down with no food. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other mcdonalds nearby.
Poor visit. Had a McDonald's app order thru the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for more than 3 minutes saying hello. Even called the McDonald's phone to no avail. Pulled up to the window and gave my order code. Sat at the window for over a minute for a my receipt. Pulled up to the pickup window and the gentleman was fairly quick but failed! Had a large coffee in my order and for some reason decided to leave out the sugar. I didn't discover this till I got down the road. I did open the cup to make sure I had cream in it (last visit to a Woodbridge, VA McDonald's had sugar but no cream). It's a pain but check you completely before pulling away.
Just atood in front of the register for +8 minutes, and nobody said a word to me. Coupon on app wouldnt work and all employees were dodging eye contact with me, like nobody wanted to do anything. SadBtw, i bought nothing lol
Sorry, no photo, swallowed the whole burrito like the Taco Bell Bean Burrito Meme Doggo...if you have never greeted the sunrise with a fresh batch McDonald's Sausage Burrito, you've never seen the Sun, a McDonald's, or a fresh batch...allegedly... (Get em' while they hot...pro tip)
I was working doordash last night and was picking up an order. At arrival, 9:52pm, the lobby was closed, sign on door said 10, and I had to use the drive-thru. After spending 10 min at the drive-thru I finally got to the mic. After 5 min of waiting all the lights were turned off and then someone came on the mic and said we're closed. Their were about 10 cars in line behind me! I told them I had a doordash. It took almost another 10 min to get my order. As a delivery person waiting 20-25 min to get 2 sandwiches is unacceptable!
I've been here a few times recently and the food was good, the last time I went though my hamburger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for hours even though it was lunch time. The blueberry cream pie was amazing though
Easily the worst McDonald’s in Fredericksburg… and that’s saying something. Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru (maybe 4 cars in front of me). The drive thru attendants responses included (and I’m quoting) “ Yeah.” “Anything else?” And “Pull up”.
Meh. Bought 4 kids meals and every one of them was wrong and my food was kind of cold. Not super impressed but it's so close to my house I can't see myself not going.
Nope, burger was as expected, you know, fries ? a drink... Wait, so back in the day, right after they let you get your own drink, I created the doomsday drink! That's right, mix all the drinks into one cup, no ice! You got to try it at least once!
Unexpectedly unfriendly. Fries were not fresh. Didn't want to wait in the long drive through lane so we went inside . No ice on drink machine. Disappointed.
