Nastiest men's room I've ever seen at a McDonald's. They were also out of Ice cream and shakes. One of the things my companion was eager to have was an ice cream cone. They also had no clue when the bus driver asked if he was eligible for a discount. Industry standard is often to reward a bus driver for bringing a busload of customers. I can assure you that driver won't be bringing anymore loads to this location. They should have just said no, but they walked off and called someone else for clarification. The owner needs to make sure staff on site are aware of policy. Busses obviously don't frequent this location. Other than that the staff was efficient.
The restaurant could not fulfill my order made using the app because they were out of hot cups. I declined a substitution. The person at the window said he would cancel my order. Instead, my credit card was charged for a much larger order. This location does not answer the phone, so I disputed the charge and made my complaint to corporate. This has never happened to me at McDonald's, until now.
Bad take forever to make simple orders and need be retraing starting from manager losing clients like this customer services
Service was great, food hot and fresh, and the tea was amazing. The fries could’ve used a bit more salt. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit after several visits to other ones in that area that left me wanting to avoid all McDonald’s.

The drive-thru was ridiculously slow and I had to drive back because they got my order wrong. Plus, the grease was stale at 6am because the hash browns had an after taste. They obviously don't change it often. I won't be going back to this location.
Never tried a cold big Mac menu, so ugly! With that fries you could die for sure if eaten! Horrible experience, thank you very much that made this the last time I enter in a Macdonald restaurant

Me and my husband have not ate McDonald’s for 13years due to our Christian background but we decided to eat here because the owner is Christian and they play the message on SiriusXM channel 63 we just like the Christian music it’s a good atmosphere the McDonald’s team is so nice and we only had enough money to get one meal but when she brought it to our table she had two meals for us her name is sherry a manger that was on duty she was very respectful and kind and helpful she had a lot of customers to care for at the time but she was still as nice as could be to each and every customer
It is 10:15 on Saturday night... October the 9th....the gentleman's name was Corey? the food he gave us was amazing ....?customer service was outstanding.? Our order was hot, fresh and ? correct down to sauce, napkins and straws? everything. Wish there were more people like him in this world ?
