By far the worst Mcdonalds ive been through..ordered a quarte pounder deluxe meal for my husband since he was craving it and when he took the first bite he noticed the meat was RAW!!! literally still cold and raw never in my life will be going here again!!content://media/external/images/media/2306
I used to eat at this McDonald's quite often until COVID-19 hit, then the service took a huge hit. I have had multiple instances where I was told that they just did not want to make my order and then they would do the order of the next person in line. Tried ordering on the app in another instances to have them still decline to make it when I go in through the drive through. (These is mainly in the evening to night range.)
Twice now I have driven to this location for Uber eats. The website says TWENTY FOUR hour. I asked please fix it on your website and I quote” We don’t know how ma’am “ Way to go McDonald’s yeah WE LOATHIN IT???
The workers here friendly and professional. I usually don't have to wait long at this location. The food is just okay. The burgers are nothing to brag about. The best items here are the french fries. They're always hot and crispy. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit is also really good.
Best McDonald's service in va because the food was hot, the order was correct the first time, and they actually give you you're sauces.
Line to order was ridiculous. With 4 people there, they can't seem to manage time effectively. Then, they overcharged by $5 and didn't hand the receipt. When I went to get my refund, they had the face of being caught and still had the audacity to laugh in one's face. I will never go back to this McDonald's until they change management and staff.
The staff around midnight are sometimes serving food, always cash only, and serve some of the food. Why do I keep coming here? They are the only ones open after 1am. Another wasted night. They are “closed” again.
Only ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel with an EXTRA folded egg with cheese on the side. The egg is dead. FROZEN . Like it’s been sitting these cheese didn’t melt on it. The cheese is freezing. Also.But you literally cannot even bite into the egg it’s disgusting.
I was missing a 10-piece nugget I didn't notice until I had gotten home I called in and spoke to someone and was told that I could come back the next day and get it but inform them that I was going to be unavailable until the following week the issue is resolved I received my food today
I tend to get my orders here wrong, and they are always nice when correcting errors. The main issue is this is a very busy location and with the inside closed currently, I at times have simply resolved myself to the incorrect meal received because the line for drive thru is too long to wait through to get it fixed. I tend to go here purely if it's the closest McD's. If I can, I go up Cowan to the McDs at Central Park.
