Refresh of store is awful… sterile and ugly. Their focus is clearly on takeaway and not paying, seated customers. Tables every where but would not seat us. We called well in advance, 7PM on a Sunday night, and were told a 10-minute wait for party of four. We arrive and are told 20 minutes. After that turned into 30 minutes and counting, we left. They made no attempt to keep us there, to comp an appetizer whilst we waited well past what we were told (oh, and their excuses changed from lack of servers, to kitchen backed up, to whatever). This might be good food if ordered for takeout but avoid going here and expecting a nice sit down meal. We ended up seated immediately at Texas Roadhouse down the road a half mile. Great meal. Seated inside a beautiful restaurant.

First time back since the refresh of the restaurant. It looks great and seems clean. Greeted by a friendly host right away who accommodated our booth request. The meal and drinks were very good— cold, crispy salads, perfectly cooked entrees and yummy onion rings. Best part of the meal was our server, Rose. Friendly, attentive, made great suggestions. A real asset for Logan’s. We’ll be asking for a table in her section next time!

I've been three times since they reopened and each time has been outstanding. The service and food have been consistently great. Everyone's steaks have been cooked perfect and the chicken was almost suspiciously tender. You can tell whoever is cooking is an actual cook since the food isn't salted to oblivion like the other steakhouses. The salads seem fresh, like they actually prepare them there and don't just use the bagged stuff. Logan's is pretty much the only American cuisine I'll routinely eat at in the area.

had a great date night with the hubs. S the food was really good definitely go back again.ummer our server was amazing. she was so accommodating I would come there for dinner just to see her. she needs a raise!

Let me tell you something… this is gonna start as a bad review but it’s actually a great review. When we came here tonight it was my first time being not only did half of our food come out late after we got the first half (at least ten minutes(the steak came out before salads)) but that wasn’t even a big issue as I work in customer service as well so I can understand confusions in the kitchen. But not only that our server quit and no one not even the manager came to help or to tell us what was going on besides one person and her name is Sarah. She is the bartender there and if it was for her I would be giving a two star review. The food was amazing when we got it and when Sarah was helping us it turned how I viewed this place around. Her excellent serving and friendly attitude is what makes me excited to come back again. It turned this view to over five stars if I could. This woman deserves a promotion and a raise. She was so amazing I honestly couldn’t put it in words. I believe she deserves some recognition for all the hard work she’s doing. I didn’t need a manager because she was solving everything for us. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Sarah, you made our night!

Sadly this was reopening week. We have always enjoyed our meals here. I ordered my New york Strip Well done, had to be sent back 3 times. After the 3rd time it was difficult to eat...the flavor was good but steak was chewy at best. We told them if they needed to butterfly it, that would be fine. They didnot. The workers staff were terrific and the manager knocked half off of my steak. We will try again another time, either the Chef will have been learning to cook better, or we won't bother.

Disappointed. Used to go to one in Louisville KY & always enjoyed it.This one did not have the bucket of peanuts on the table. My pork chops were dry & sweet potato was not hot.We wife ask for her salmon to be well done, no rice. It was still very pink inside & on rice. It was sent back & took longer than usual to come back out. It same piece of fish, so should have been only 3-5 minutes, so they didn't make a priority.Kitchen cooks need to pay attention to the written orders.Service was good.It will probably be a while before we try again.

They had me at Hello.They had a soft opening this evening. We did not have a reservation but they made a table available for my husband and I. We really lucked out. They explained the soft open menu to us very clearly. Service was excellent, all the staff was on the ball, and the food was amazing! Thanks to the hospitality gentleman from Texas..kudos to the staff!!!!

Came in on 3/15, the day after they re-opened and had a good experience. 12oz New York strip was cooked a perfect medium, sweet potato just right, and the 3 roadhouse teas I had were good. Will definitely be back!

The best part of the dining experience was not waiting for a table. The staff seemed very friendly, however, it took a very long time to get the food. When I ordered my steak I asked if they had horseradish, the waitress said that she would check. When they finally brought the food I asked them if they could bring me some horseradish the lady said yes and she returned immediately with tarter sauce. Very disappointing! The waitress finally came back over, I asked for the horseradish and told her about the tarter sauce. She apologized for the mix up and said that she would go get some. She was gone a long time. Finally I asked her again, she said, yeah the kitchen was to get it for me. To end the story, my steak was over done, dry, cold, and after 30 minutes I still did not get horseradish, but she comment was, well you know we have it for the next time you come. She was more attentive to me paying the check than the needs of the guest. I really don't think it is worth a second try. I don't recommend!!
