I'm giving Legend's NO STARS tonight. I completely understand that businesses are short staffed. But this makes no sense to me.I just went to Legend's and they wanted to seat us outside in the heat. They had tables open but would not let us sit at them. If the waitress can wait on us outside, then why can't the waitress wait on us at a table inside? We go to Legend's at least once a month if not more. They just loss 7 people not only for tonight but for good! I will not be back! Well they made me give at least 1 star!Response to ownerFirst of all you can look at my name to see how it is spelled if you don't know.Second, you can make any excuse you would like but it still does not change the facts. You could seat us at a high top table but not a low top when they are maybe 15-20 feet apart. I explained to you on the phone that we were fine waiting a little extra time for the waitress to serve us. We are not physically able to sit at a high top table. You let 7 people walk out!

Fun atmosphere with multiple tvs set to different sports. Seated promptly. Server arrived quickly. We were attracted by sign draft beer half price at happy hour. Great. Server seemed new. When my wife asked about draft beers server said list was too long and just showed her a hand printed list on back of her order pad. I had to squint to read list. Wife ordered shock top. I got Stella. Later when we got bill my wife called server over to ask why draft prices were not half off. She had to go check. Upon returning she said half price applied only to domestic beer. Wish she had explained that up front. Wife ordered burger and specialty told her she wanted it plain. It came with bacon and covered with cheese - neither of which she could eat. She sent it back but a new plate did not arrive until I finished my meal. They did make her a fresh burger instead of just scraping stuff off. Fries were nice and hot. I got the angus 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes. Tasty but meat was tough and more medium than medium rare as I ordered. Overall so-so experience. Might try again since we always stay at nearby hotel and restaurant is close.
They make a great bacon cheddar burger. The bacon fries are great but always seem a little slapped together but they top the fries with a healthy amount of cheese and bacon. The ranch dressing could be a little thicker but it has a great taste. Nice atmosphere for a sports bar and the staff are friendly. The food is priced below what it could be, definitely great bang for the buck. Portion size is just a tad big but easily something you can finish if you are hungry.
My wife and I recently visited Fredericksburg with friends. While there, we visited Legends Grill for appetizers and beers on a weeknight. They had “happy hour” and we enjoyed some beers and appetizers. We enjoyed our visit and would return.
Food was not that great. The grilled chicken sandwich was very dry. The shrimps were cook way too long. The fish and chips were fried way to hard (we dropped it on the floor and it didn't even break lol). The pasta noodles were not cooked long enough..
Right across the street from Hampton Fredricksburg South Va. Great place, good food. Sports bar/ restaurant.
A very nice sports bar with very good food. I had the creole jambalaya and it was very good. They had a nice selection of lunch specials at a very reasonable price. Plenty of very nice large flat panel TVs that give you a good view of multiple games. The staff is very friendly and we had one of the best waiters, Marky Mark, that I've had in a long time. Would definitely like to visit again the next time I'm in town.
