Have been waiting an hour on our order for dine in service. Waitress has been by twice. Second time she brought the wrong drinks. ?♀️?♀️ I get being understaffed but there are 4 other people in the restaurant. Multiple people came in behind us ordered served and left ……
Pizza is a step above Chuckie Cheese and a step below Little Caesars from 1995. Pizza did taste like cardboard in the corners and was pre-made crust. The toppings were OK. I would pass on this place if offered again. The waitress asked if wanted parmesean and red pepper flakes, then went and washed tables. So, major sike out and I give a solid 3 stars, but I would eat there never again.

I ordered pickup from here a couple weeks ago. The pizza sauce was a little too sweet for my liking, and was cold before I got it home. I wouldn't blame the restaurant for this except that when I arrived to pick up my food, the pizza was ready and sitting on the counter in front of the kitchen window, but I had to wait a while for my wings to be finished. So, the pizza was sitting for a while, without any heat lamps (at least, I didn't notice any). The wings were good, but I had ordered half hot honey and half buffalo. They were all hot honey. The wings were pretty pricey, but again they were pretty big and tasted good, but for the money I paid for them, I wish the order had been correct.
First time visitor. As I walked in a tour bus emptied out into the parking lot. The servers were not proactive and even forgot my order. We can have a conversation about the sauce! It was worth the wait for this chain pizza joint just for the sauce ?
A 2.5 star - Dined in a hour before close. Waiting a while for seating, 4 of us and 2 groups behind us were the same size. Even heard a cook tell the manager they were out of flower, for him to say scrape it off the table or bowls - make it work ?♂️. I saw the parties behind us both being waited on before us.The manager seeing me catch this, at least asked for our drink order. Being very hungry I let him know that wasn’t cool, his resolution was burnt/brick hard garlic bread (no charge!) and a excuse of being busy earlier ??♂️. We ordered a special/deal, food was OK but after our experience, got a 0% discount and charged full price for the special. Not looking for free meal but a single soda or dessert would’ve shown care for the situation.
Ok, ok. Ledo Pizza is always a good place to stop for lunchtime. Delicious!!! Now the location is cool, with some good things around. Inside is nice and comfortable with great service. Any pizza is good to go with, ANY PIZZA!!!! The kids menu could use a addition, doesn't actually have pizza on it. This is a pizza place. If you need to stop on your travels this way, maybe this is the stop.
I really enjoy Ledo Pizza. They have the best, most tasty pizza in Northern VA. Once we discovered Ledo, we never go anywhere else for pizza. The favorite for my husband and me is the thin-crust personal pizza. Just enough for 1 or 2 meals. Service is great. The owner and cooks, and servers are friendly, efficient hard working.
Ledos used to be a go-to but they definitely fell off, idk if they changed the recipes or what but I had to stop ordering from them. I recently gave them a chance again only because there wasn’t many options to order on New Years Eve, I just had a small plain cheese pizza and it was actually pretty good which is why I was inclined to give them another try tonight. But like I remember from before, the pizza now taste like it’s missing important ingredients again. Tonight I asked for my pizza well done, and it wasn’t, so I put it in the oven for 10+mins and the crust would not get crispy or dark. Overall the pizza was gross and was confirmation why I stopped ordering from there. I also ordered a baby spinach lettuce for backup cus how can you go wrong with salad…it was edible after I pulled out all the nasty shriveled soggy pieces. Never again!
The food was so good, well crafted and tasted great. The only reason for the 3 stars is because of the slow service. We waited around in the entry way to be recognized even though folks were present and kept walking by. The restaurant was empty except for one other patron when we came in. My father in law can not stand for long periods and it was difficult for him. It took almost 40 minutes to get 4 salads and a small pizza. Again, delicious food but slow service. I would definitely back, just hope the service will be better.
