My experience at Krispy Kreme today was wonderful. The customer service rep did a great job. As you can see from the picture I had a dozen donuts but I couldn't wait before taking the picture to enjoy that wonderful taste. Thank you.
Gross. Sure their hot n ready are deliciouss. But I just had the driest cinnamon sugar donut in my doughnut eating career. I would rather eat dunkin after eating that. Gross.
Ordered 6 lemon filled. When we got home, none were filled at all. Called to tell them to check before they gave out more unfilled lemons, no one answered the phone. Not answering the phone is inexcusable.
cashier had no clue, said glazed donuts were $20.00 a dozen, manager RUDE, doanuts are smaller than in December and price is higher.
Love coming to Krispy Kreme for my donut/sugar fix. My absolute favorite is the chocolate iced kreme donut they have. Also keep an eye out on their seasonal specials that they have because those are good as well. I recently tried their mini donuts and thought they are the perfect size to bring to the office or just share with friends. Their inside seating area and bathrooms have always been clean when I've gone so that is a plus as well.
Ordered Christmas donuts for my wife's class, on the last day before Winter Break. They were ready for pickup when promised and kids loved them
Exceptional customer service: my experience here. Just earlier today, maybe 10 minutes ago, my friend Braden and I went into this resturant in an early celebration of his 21st birthday. Unknown to us, the restaurant lobby was not open at the time. Confused, we asked the cashier, Logan, about the lobby being closed. Instead of becoming angry and asking us to leave, Logan decided to our pleasant surprise that he wasn't going to yell at us, but instead take the time out of his day to explain why the lobby was closed and even let us order a single donut from the front. We were very happy that a cashier would take the time out of their day to be not only be exceptionally polite but kind. 10/10 customer service, I recommend this resturant to anyone and everyone.

Would have been five stars but they did not give me my complete order (the coffee which I did not receive was free as it was Veterans Day). The donuts were fresh and delicious.
Hard to beat good doughnuts. We all should splurge some, enjoy life.
