Went here years ago it was nasty . They remodeled ,My wife said she wanted to try again she ordered the big box combo xtra crispy10 bucks with fries breast and two wings what she got was drumstick and wings and rubber fries the chicken was soggy and the smallest chicken I have ever seen fries where cold and rubber and something that was supposed to be a biscuit ! Now we know why they are always empty . If your thinking of going here don't not only have they not improved it's worse. Who ever is working there and managing there does not care save your time and money look at the pic we paid 10$ for that pitiful box. Its nasty!
Ordered online for pickup with no problem. Got to the store and the staff would not bring order to the designated pick up spot. Told me to use drive thru. Drive thru took 35 minutes. Lobby was locked. Never going back.
When picking up a mobile order, employee "Theo" was incredibly rude or had a mental disorder since after I showed my order number I was simply told "okay" and given a blank stare. He asked for a name and I gave my name but let him know the app only gave me an order number to which he replied "okay" and walked away. Seriously? If you want chicken go to royal farms instead.
They need to update the hours of operation for their Drive-Thru. It closes at 8 p.m. as well as the lobby. KFC, if you see these comments, you lost at least two sales last night due to 8 p.m. at the Jefferson Davis location at Southpoint.
Drive thru line was long but KFC staff had to be working hard because the line moved fast. Great job
I went to get an 8peice meal tonight 10/22/2021 around 7 pm and when I got home I discovered that one of the four biscuits were half eaten with teeth marks in it.
Kentucky fried ckicken only one of the best chicken places in the world. No matter where your at. I love this chicken. I have tried alot of chicken places but I always end up at Kentucky fried chicken. Never fails!
They messed up our order and several other cars orders. But because their lobby is closed everyone has to walk up to the drive through to get it corrected. This caused a lot of chaos and waiting for both cars and people walking up.
KFC food is hot juicy and all that you remember from years ago. Can't go wrong with the choices you make here. I really enjoy the chicken pot pie, it's hot with a buttery flaky crust and homemade taste delicious..
Great food. Only drive thru option due to staffing shortage. Folks driving along interstate need to know before going to a place with no bathroom available-only reason for 4 vs 5 stars. Again food was great.
