This place used to serve some really good chicken, but it definitely doesn't any more. The chicken became tough and gristly. You also have to wait a long time before you're order is taken, not because of long lines, but because the staff is lazy. There are just too many problems with the staff. If you want chicken, go up the road to Royal Farms.
this location needs to hire staff. I wanted to go inside for a take out order. Drive thru service only. Plus they screwed up my order, my purpose for wanting to go inside to order. Cheated me out of an of fries. Come on Guys!
Drive thru was fast and with good service. The chicken was hot and delicious.
Bought a meal online and came in to pick it up only for it to not be ready when the app clearly said it was. The employees rolled their eyes at me when I explained this. They didn't start making the food until I showed up. When I got home the chicken was incredibly soggy with grease but no crisp. This location is not up to kfc's standard. I'll be going to Popeyes from now on.
Went here at 1105 AM (they open at 11 so they claim). We were sitting in the drive thru for five minutes, with two cars in front of us, and no movement. I finally said I'd go inside. I walk up to the locked door and there isn't a single soul inside, or no sign indicating them being closed. This was a HUGE inconvenience. We said screw it and left. There were four cars still waiting in the drive thru, not knowing that no one was there working. I've never seen anything like it. Stay away from this place!!!
This place has zero customer service skills whatsoever employees are always rude will not come here again
the kids love it and spend less money here then most fast food.
