I had tried JJ's way back in 2012 and was turned off by the amount of mayo on my sub. Since then I've stayed away but today I decided I wanted to try it again. The sub was made so fast I couldn't believe it. It took my guy 25 seconds to make it and hand it to me. Everything was good, cashier was friendly, place was clean. I have no complaints. The sub and chips were great and actually fresh tasting.Needless to say, I'll defintely be trying more subs soon. You've won me back ?.
Use to love JJ however went recently and the person taking the money with no gloves also made the sandwich with no gloves.....tried it one more time and it was around 1230 PM and I was the only person in the shop...they have gone way down........last time...
In comparison to other Jimmy Johns this was the worst of the worst. I’ve never had a bad experience at a jimmy johns but this place disorganized, sandwich was made poorly, the customer services wasn’t good and the sandwich had to be made twice because they chose to put brown lettuce in the sandwich. I was happy to see we had a jimmy johns but I won’t be ordering from this place Ever again.
Ordered 2 subs online, arrived 30 minutes later and subs were not ready. They made them when we got there and the guy making our sandwiches proceeded to cough over the sandwiches 6-7 times while making them and an additional few times into his elbow. We threw the sandwiches out and won’t be returning.
Put in and paid for my online order and when I got to the store, there was a sign on the door that said they were closed due to being short staffed. Why would you not turn off online ordering?! What a waste of time.
I feel personally victimized by this Jimmy John’s. Let me explain. Some days, their sandwiches are amazing, but some days they’re out of bread or lettuce or everything. For example, about a year ago in the first trimester of my pregnancy, I could only eat Jimmy John’s. This is the only JJs around me for miles, so I spent my 1 hour lunch break driving to this location to get a to go Veggie sub. On more than one occasion they were out of the ingredients to make this sammie. After today, when their tea tasted “soggy” (didn’t know that was possible) and they were again out of white bread, but managed to drown my veggie sub in mayo and only use three pieces of lettuce… I think I’m done having my heart broken. Goodbye JJs. You treated me as well as my first high school boyfriend.
Place online order for pickup. Arrive to pick up my order and get told it is going to be 25 minutes for them to make bread. How do you run out of bread??? Thanks so much for wasting my 30 minute lunch break.
When I purchased a turkey sub with lettuce , tomato ? and mayo on both sides, the sandwich was very dry and not fixed as ordered.
I purchase a Jimmy John’s sandwich on December 27 it was the worst sub Ever ate . The sub had no meat. If you want a sub with meat in it go to Wawa‘s or Jersey mike.
Ordered in person, received subs not prepared how they were ordered. Tried this location again - & even ordered online- still received subs not prepared how they were ordered. Worst Jimmy’s location I’ve been to.
