NOT good from beginning to end. The hotel was "ratty" in appearance, the rooms needed renovation and definite sprucing up .. but they were clean, the desk clerks were as helpful as they could be with any requests we had, but we definitely will NOT stay at THIS location again. The rooms just need "help". The hotel contacted my daughter after reading her review and apologized for her dissatisfaction with our stay and offered her a free night at another date of her choosing. She politely declined their offer. Other locations have always been satisfactory.
The worst meal I have ever had. Waitress couldn’t even identify that me and my 80 yr old father got the wrong breakfast 3 times. We kept having to send back. Also I never got my hash browns, we were over charged so they took 15 % off bill but didn’t actually fix the problem. We are both senior citizens is why they did the discount but never took off for dangerous raw eggs and incorrect food. We finally stopped making corrections and paid bill and left. It was better for our safety.
If I could give it a zero I would. We went in very few customers so we thought it would be quick. Couldn't even get anyone to seat us. Waitresses keep coming by saying someone would be with us but after 20 minutes we still hadn't been seated. We finally gave up and left. I guess that's why the people ahead of us left and when they came by they said "Good Luck,".
I understand it being busy on Mother's Day, but I couldn't get anyone to take my order over the phone. I kept getting put on hold and sometimes the phone would hang up. Totally time for being on hold for multiple calls was about 45 minutes. My order wasn't finally taken until I complained that I didn't want to be put on hold again for the fifth time. Also the time it's taken for someone to take my order.
If I could give it a zero I would. It was empty. Actually said to my family… maybe we should leave… waited 5 minutes for someone to seat us. She took our drink order and disappeared. They seated us next to 2 very disgruntled employees sorting silverware… bc that must take 2 to do? They were talking about their manager and using profanity… we were there with 2 children. A very bizarre response from our server about someone else taking our drink orders. I told my husband we were out. Do NOT recommend.
Just went to try and eat here with my wife and daughter. First impression, oh it's empty we should get our food quick, next is that it smelt good and and the cool coffee bar. We got sat, then sat there for over 15 minutes and didn't even get water or anything. No one came to the table, didn't even see any other worker come out. Went to the bathroom and could tell a worker was in the stall watching anime. So I went back to the table and just left. 0 stars for 0 service, seems fair.

Average experience. No wait time. Nice staff. Cup wasn't 100% clean, but they were quick to get me a new drink.
Great service, I was there two nights ago and was served by a young woman who was a minor, I wish I could recall her name, from what I could tell there were 4 people working, 3 guys, 1 girl, I'm trying to be specific so she gets credit where credit is due. Anyway, she was polite, professional, and on top of everything I needed, and you could see the light in this girl's eyes as she told me the latest she was aloud to work, which was Christmas Eve, if i recall. It was adorable, and I remember being a wide-eyed kid who just joined the workforce, thinking $6.50 an hour was gonna make me wealthy. It gave me a good chuckle. Now listen IHOP, you have a great human there, don't you go stealing that light from her eyes. Anyway, it was a great experience, all of your employees did a great job, food was fresh, hot, and fast to my table. Thanks for a great experience.
Service and food was excellent! We were suprised it was so empty!?!? If you're looking for recommendations this place is worth a try!
