Ordered breakfast with a friend waitress was super sweet no issues with her! When our food came out it looked good but wasn't our eggs had a funny taste to them. I took 2 bites and sent it back same with friend second plate comes same thing for the both of us!! The only way I can explain the taste is something like a chemical taste it was awful didn't even finish our food. Was told by the manger it's the new fake butter they use soon as I heard that I really was done
My husband and I come here often. They’re always busy and you can tell understaffed. Yet every time we go, they serve us fairly quickly, get us exactly what we want, food is delicious, everyone is so kind and hardworking. They are truly a very hardworking team who wear a smile despite the past faced environment and business of this place. It’s not easy to deal with people but this team does it great. I wish I would’ve gotten our previous servers names but today Valerie stood out. She’s hardworking, sweet, and if they didn’t offer a certain combo or item on the menu she would make it happen. Thank you Valerie!!!!!!
A friend of mine and myself stopped at IHOP today after my Dr appointment. The food was good as usual but our server Wendy was off the chain!!! She was so sweet and did everything she could do to make our experience a good one and she did that 100%.. She is definitely the reason we will stop in again...I hop needs to keep her!! Hope she is there for a long time. We just love her!!!!!
I’ve been here for about a hour and a half sitting here waiting for someone to take my card so we can pay, and it took 30 minutes for my apps. The server didn’t care one bit and never came to refill any drinks until we all finished them. Food was fine but the second he had the trays set down he finally went to refill our drinks instead of handing us our cold food. Have fun here lol
Place is always busy but the food and service are always great! Large portions and a large variety to choose from!
It took over an hour to get our food as two other tables that arrived after us got their food in an otherwise barren restaurant. When we got our food, most of it was dry and undercooked. And one of us never even got our food. We told them this and they gave it to him in a box. Not to mention the disgusting bathrooms dripping in toilet paper and urine. It also took over 20 minutes to get the cheques out of the way. Other than the nice servers, this IHOP has nothing to offer you that you can’t get elsewhere.
I like IHOP a lot. We are still a little Covid phobic so we went at an off peak time. They don't enforce masking but we were wearing ours except when we ate and were able to distance ourselves from the other diners. I had a cheddar cheese omelette with ham on the side with coffee. It was ?. Don't remember what my dining buddy had.

I come to this IHOP often because of the great experience from the waiters and management. They are on point and everybody make mistakes but these people over here make up for it and give good customer service. Wendy my waiter today and the manager kentay are the reason for my great experience!!
Too many people in the restaurant at the same time. I got sick and this is the only place I was. I had a test scheduled the same day I ate at this location. My results returned negative. I take another test 5 days later due to symptoms, positive. Too many people in restaurant. I don’t eat out anymore unless place offers outdoor seating.
